Acer Landscape Services

I am the area manager of multi family housing with 11 properties. At one property we agreed to the revamp of three buildings to the tune of $17000. They only did 2 buildings. We tried to get them to lower the price or finish the job. They took us to court. At the second property, we have paid for July service and it is July 22. They have not serviced the property. I have called multiple employees and no one except Austin responds. However, he just makes excuses and tells me my rep, Hunter, will call me. He called and said the crew will be here, but they have not shown up and no explanation or date as to when they will be out. I will delete this when they service Western Hills. So disappointed, do not use Acer.

Quality and professional work is the Acer way. They made my yard a showplace in such a quick and perfect manner. The employees are very knowledgeable about the plant material and they get the job done to the owners complete satisfaction. I have them "refresh" my yard each spring. I no longer need to fight the bald spots under trees. Also, they have THE expert in Japanese maple maintenance.

We bought a 1960's house with a yard that hadn't had attention for years---so we needed a landscaping makeover. For very reasonable cost, Acer transformed the property. They moved plants we wanted to keep (including a large crape myrtle) but that weren't doing well or had overgrown their location. We wanted to reduce the area to be mowed, so they created a garden on one side of the yard and helped us establish a naturalized area on the other side. They pruned the overgrown plants and added plants that now thrive where previously nothing would grow. Besides the immediate improvements, they also gave us an overall plan that we can continue to work on as budget allows. With Alfred's expertise, he made recommendations that turned out to be very helpful (like showing us a downspout that needed to be relocated because it was flooding bedding plants and creating moisture in the basement). Acer gave us exactly what we needed as new homeowners. We will definitely keep using their services!

I've used Acer Landscape Services for a number of jobs--large and small. Their response is quick and they're the most professional landscapers I've ever used. Armed with knowledge about what plants are best for our climate and how to care for them, they work with an eye toward protecting the investment we've already made in our shrubs, trees and beds for the longterm. The result is beautiful! It makes lawn care feel like a wise choice, not a temporary fix. I'm proud of my yard--a first!--because of the professionalism and skill the Acer team brings to their work.

The Acer team help turn a deteriorating patio with poor drainage into a beautiful flagstone patio with a superb drainage system. We could not be more pleased with our new patio and working with them was truly a pleasant experience. In fact, we plan to bring them back on for another project in the near future. Thanks Acer!

I hired ACER based on the work they did for my next door neighbor. Not only did they go beyond the call of duty in getting the work done when they hit a vein of underlying rock, they worked through an afternoon rainstorm to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. It was nice to hear a group of men laughing at each other while working hard to finish the job and I didn't hear single complaint among them...I was out there while they working and doing what little things I could to assist...I'm very pleased with the work they did and will recommend ACER to any of my friends needing landscaping work. Alfred and team did a great job of pruning crepe myrtles and bushed in my courtyard. They cleaned up debris and cutting. I would highly recommend them. His knowledge and care for landscape is at the top.
