This is a wonderful store, from their products to their customer service. I was in need of a new bathroom towel ring that would match my current bathroom accessories. I was unsure about what finish to purchase so I contacted them. I spoke a customer service representative, by the name of Robert and he explained to me the different finishes, as well as which finish would go best with my current bathroom accessories . He was extremely professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for personal and professional customer service.

I love this store! Not only does it have the most beautiful accessories …I never thought I'd find such exquiste bathroom accessories with Swarovksi crystals that sparkle throughout the day and go with my new bathroom! I knew what I wanted and all of the sudden the Starlight series I was looking for was off their site. I talked to the owner, Andres, and not only was he so professional and kind, he went out of his way to get my order in before the company closed for a month, put the products back on the site and that's not the best part, he gave me an extra discount to boot that I never expected! I was so thrilled and I am picky and would recommend this store for all things beautiful with the genuine customer service you deserve but became a lost art. LOVE LOVE this place, I have my eye on a few more things …
