An award-winning Los Angeles Interior Designer, Anna specializes in creating elegant interiors that are both refined and comfortable for clients ranging from young families just starting out to high-end professionals and celebrities. With over 20 years of experience, Anna is one of the most prominent interior designers and art consultants in the South Bay, and is the only designer in the area who has been named one of “America’s Top Young Designers” by House Beautiful magazine. She is known for designing rooms that strike a fine balance of polished yet approachable, appear to have been collected over time, and consider the smallest details without feeling overly decorated.
Her client’s testimonials highlight Anna’s expertise in addressing their concerns and wish-lists while making the challenging process of renovating and decorating far less stressful. She believes that a friendly attitude and ability to relate to her clients provides an enjoyable experience in an otherwise intimidating field. She assists clients in navigating every step of the often overwhelming process, from selecting the best colors, materials, and furnishings, to budgeting and scheduling, to communicating with contractors and architects. Taking her design direction from a client’s personal taste and the intrinsic architecture of each space, Anna equally enjoys working in both traditional and contemporary settings.
Anna launched her career in New York with Calvin Klein and Giorgio Armani where she assisted in the design of retail stores in America, Europe and Asia. She then worked with industry veteran Kramer Design Group where she managed the design of major flagship stores and smaller boutiques worldwide for clients Ralph Lauren, Donna Karan, Tommy Hilfiger, Narcisco Rodriquez, Isaac Mizrahi, and Barneys New York. Upon moving back to Los Angeles, she switched from commercial to residential design working with legendary celebrity decorator Michael S. Smith where she managed high-end residential projects across the country. (Smith was since hired by President Obama to design at the White House). She has had a private design business since 2003.
Anna has been featured in Elle Décor, W, C, In Style, House Beautiful, California Home + Design, Los Angeles Confidential, Rue, South Bay, Martha Stewart, The Los Angeles Times, and The Wall Street Journal. One Kings Lane and The Highboy feature her original vintage art collection, and she is a guest curator for Artfully Walls.
