This company stands behind their word and projects. I always hold off on leaving reviews when having projects done on my home. I have had some companies leave me hanging yet Arnold Masonry and Landscape not only built a gorgeous patio, outdoor fireplace and large beam cedar pavilion for us, but when we had questions about a couple things 6 months later, Scott replied immediately asking for us to set up a day and time to review the issue. I talked to several hardscape/landscape contractors before selecting Arnold Masonry and Landscaping for my project. Scott Arnold and his team turned a muddy, awkward sloped portion of my yard into a beautiful outdoor living space! During my initial meeting with Scott, I knew he could see my vision for the space. He helped me tweak the plan for the better based on his experience with so many projects and promptly came back with a very professional and detailed quote. After we agreed on everything, they started within two weeks. His team was amazingly fast while quality stayed high. Scott was extremely responsive to all my questions along the way and finished the project on time, even though I made a few additions to the project along the way. When they finished the job, they made sure the space was completely clean of any debris. I can’t recommend Scott and his team enough and would absolutely work with them again on my next project.

Very happy with our experience of ARNOLD Masonry and Landscape. We did our due diligence and ended up speaking with 3 different companies for our backyard renovation. We ended up using ARNOLD not only due to so many positive reviews as well as their time in their business, but also because we just felt like we trusted the owner, Scott. My husband and I had an additional travertine patio and fireplace added to our existing outdoor living space by Arnold Masonry and Landscape, and it is absolutely stunning! The design that Scott Arnold created for our space complimented our existing pool/spa/patio keeping within the clean lines of our original design. His crew was able to tie the new travertine in with the original travertine patio, seamlessly. Our project is being completed in phases so his guidance and experience were greatly appreciated and helpful for planning our cabana. My husband had a few concerns/questions along the way, but Scott was always receptive, understanding, and quick to offer solutions and insight. The thing that my husband and I appreciated the most was that his crew was efficient, timely, and clean - this is something that we have not enjoyed with any other contractors we have hired. We worked with ARNOLD Masonry to create an 8 foot outdoor kitchen area with grill and fridge. From start to finish, Scott was very responsive. This is rarely seen. After not finding our materials through the usual supplies and understanding the uncertainty in today's supply chain, Scott went out of his way to search, locate, as well as personally purchase and secure the materials we needed to get the job done. He also worked to fit our smaller project in to his busy schedule. Once the job got started, you could immediately tell the craftmanship of the masons. Is there any greater endorsement than saying you are a “repeat client?” I first worked with Scott Arnold (the owner of Arnold Masonry and Landscape) seven years ago. Not only does Scott have “an eye for design,” but also he knows how to bring that vision come to life. So, after purchasing a new home with a large backyard, we asked Scott to offer his thoughts about how best to use the space. Scott designed a 20’x30’ flagstone patio, a 12” tall wood burning fireplace with side benches and an outdoor kitchen. He worked with us to individualize the space so that it would best suit how we want to spend time there. As a Master Mason himself, Scott carefully chose all of the different types of stone for each of the separate elements so that they would slightly contrast with one another, while complementing the overall sense of design. Scott also had the brilliant idea of adding a putting green behind the chimney! The overall scope of the project also included landscape design and installation, as well as outdoor lighting (which beautifully accents the entire area at night). Scott seamlessly and strategically managed all facets of this project, including the coordination of additional vendors with whom he has established relationships to bring the project together in a cohesive way. All projects invariably face unique challenges…whether it is how to bring large amounts of material into small spaces or, as with this project, dealing with Mother Nature and managing the many different “moving parts” involved in a project of this scope. Scott has the experience and strategic competence needed not only to design and build, but also to problem solve, pivot when necessary and, all the while, being gracious and making it seem easy. When embarking on any project, finding a vendor who is an expert in his field, truly cares about his work and puts his customers first is an invaluable investment. Scott is that vendor. Scott’s crews were extremely respectful and very attentive to any requests or questions that I had throughout this entire process. They arrived on time and worked very hard. Scott was committed to communicating with us weekly (if not daily) about the plan of action, including any changes which had to be made due to prohibitive weather conditions or material sourcing issues. Scott’s approach to billing is, as he calls it, a “turnkey approach.” Whatever happened, the price did not change (unless a substantive change was requested by me which altered the cost of an element). The one last thought which I would like to impress most upon the readers of this review is Scott’s personal investment of pride in each of his projects. It is rare these days to meet a vendor who is so committed to personal service and quality craftsmanship, and whose crews not only respect him enough to also have this same vital sense of ownership in their work, but also have been with him for over 20 years!

My husband and I spent a lot of time reviewing companies online according to their reviews as well as other information we were able to gather. This also includes nextdoor.com which helped a lot. We decided to move forward with ARNOLD Masonry and Landscape after meeting with Scott ( The owner) and realizing how much he would bring to our overall design plus having decades of wisdom in this business. Our main goal was to create a fun outdoor living area and his company's photos already sold us on what they could do, yet once meeting him we felt at ease with the business end of things. ARNOLD Masonry and Landscape is everything we look for in a contractor. We engaged them to repoint our existing patio and build a new fireplace. Initially, we weren't sure what upgrades we wanted, but Scott was incredibly helpful over the course of multiple in-person consultations, providing great design ideas, samples, photos, and sketches. They worked diligently and skillfully, completing the project ahead of schedule. They respected our property and took considerable care to protect our home and existing landscaping/hardscaping from damage - even the operator who moved the dumpster into and out of our narrow driveway was highly skilled and conscientious. They provided frequent status updates, and were as detail-oriented as someone working on their own home. And, ultimately, the finished product was beautiful. A+

If you are going to have masonry done, you should hire Scott Arnold. This was our second project Scott completed for us and we could not be happier with the finished project and with the entire experience. Scott has so much experience with masonry that in the design phase he can walk through what you should and should not do with the design and the actual execution of the project. Having his experience made our project and other adjustments that were needed to the yard and the drainage system a breeze. Arnold Masonry put in a stone patio with sitting area and grill. The workmanship is top notch. The crew were experienced masons who are creative and good at what they do. Scott was present on the job and communicated with us every step of the way. Our grill was delayed due to the pandemic. Even though the rest of the project had been completed and the team had moved on, Scott had them back at our house within two days of the grill arriving. Scott and his son showed up that weekend to make sure we were happy with the product and make sure everything was cleaned up to our liking. Masonry is a permanent feature in a yard that becomes a focal point. Arnold Masonry does beautiful work with great project execution, and constant communication.

Arnold Masonry did an A+ job with our outdoor project! We had a small flagstone patio that we wanted expanded and the final product blended the new/old stonework perfectly. To address some very muddy areas in our backyard we wanted a patio and rock garden as well as installing rock steps in a few areas. Our initial project was to create more usable outdoor living space by covering a part of our existing blue stone patio. However, the patio was unlevel and coming apart. Thrilled with this Company We employed Arnold Masonry recently and were very pleased with the results. We called several masonry contractors when we decided to redo our patio, a fairly large project. We were very impressed with Scott Arnold of Arnold Masonry. He was not only businesslike and professional but also understood the aesthetics of the project; we ultimately went with a Pennsylvania Bluestone patio. The original patio had sunk so they installed a new concrete and steel foundation and then installed the Bluestone on top of that. It is a beautiful courtyard and the symmetry and colors are perfect. He sent us a carefully detailed quotation of the costs, which considering the size of the project seemed reasonable. His crew began promptly and were very hard-working and skilled. Any concerns or questions we had were addressed quickly. Everyone was co-operative and courteous. The finished product is gorgeous. It was a pleasure working with Scott and his crew. We would be glad to recommend Arnold Masonry and Landscape to anyone considering all types of masonry and hardscape projects.

We had a great experience with Scott Arnold and his team. We didn't know exactly what we wanted to do to upgrade our backyard but Scott listened to our ideas and helped us develop a design that we loved. They took care of some drainage issues while installing an amazing new stone patio, custom fireplace, as well as a new landscape design and implementation for the entire backyard. He was very responsive to questions throughout the process and gave us an update on the progress every evening. We were constantly informed of what was done and what was happening next. It was a very efficient process. His team was prompt, professional, and did an amazing job on our new land and hardscape. We came home from a week long vacation to a completely new backyard. Iniitially, we were very happy with the work, but as time went on became disillusioned with the quality of the landscaping installation and responsiveness of the company. The landscaping has no guarantee for plant replacement (unknown in my experience with quality landscapers, reread the contract and see there is no mention of plant guarantee, my bad), poor follow-up for problems with pondless waterfall (have had to rework areas to account for water loss, and in doing so discovered problems with the installation). Response to contacting the company has not been satisfactory, as we do not wish to incur any more expense. The only reason I am redoing the review, is that I would not want another individual to rely on my previous very positive review and be misled. Please read over the contract carefully and make sure that there is a plant guarantee as well as a guarantee for followup on problems with the installation.

Scott Arnold is the ultimate masonry design and build professional. Scott responded to us promptly and was flexible with design ideas until we determined an ultimate design for our project. The masons on Scott's team were polite, careful, neat and hardworking. The project site was cleaned up at the end of each day. The finished fireplace stone and design blends in perfectly with our surrounding terrace and pool area.... It looks like it has always been there! Our new fireplace has created a WOW focal point to our already beautiful home! The resale value of our home has probably increased by more than the project cost. We will enjoy our new fireplace all year long and look forward to entertaining and showing it off to our guests!

Dependable and Professional Our second time working with Arnold Masonry. Without fail, they were timely, professional, and dependable. The hardscape previously done in our front yard matched our backyard perfectly. Scott pointed out helpful solutions to potential problems, and his crew was efficient and tidy. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again..We had a custom patio and chimney along with decorative walls and lighting built by Arnold Masonry and Landscape. The chimney is really great and looks just like we hoped it would! The patio is the perfect size and shape to enjoy our new stunning chimney. It feels like a piece of art in the yard. It is 90+ every day in Georgia right now but we are still burning fires at least twice a week. The project was completed in less time than we were told and they cleaned up after themselves! I am going to use Arnold for future hardscaping and masonry needs and would recommend them to anyone looking to do the same.

Arnold Masonry and Landscape completed a natural stone façade on the front of our red brick home. Before their work, the front of our home was attractive but the natural stone façade made it elegant. Scott Arnold was great to work with. Because there are so many different types of natural stone to choose from, it could have been overwhelming if we were doing it on our own. However, Scott made a recommendation that we went with and are so glad we did. We have gotten so many compliments on the “face lift”. Scott was always prompt for our meetings and was always available for any questions we had. His workmen finished the job ahead of schedule. Awesome company I would recommend and use again. My dog decided to destroy my waterfall to get a chipmunk hiding in the rocks. I contacted Arnold Masonry after reviewing their web site to repair the damage and to enhance my waterfall and make it truly pondless. I called and left a message and received a call back in about 2 hours. I set an appointment for the following week. Dennis was sent to give me a quote and he arrived right on time. The last time I had a leak in my waterfall I hired a company I saw at the Atlanta Home Show. Dennis proceeded to show me everything that was wrong with my waterfall from a technical stand point. The damage to the liner was obvious but my waterfall also went on both sides of a large tree. I had a 3200 gallon per hour pump. Because my waterfall was split I was reducing the amount of water flowing on each side by half. Only 1600 gallons of water was flowing on each side. Dennis then pointed out that the water line replaced during the last repair was a 1/2 inch to small. It should have been a 2 inch pipe and was only a 1 1/2 inch pipe which was further reducing my water flow by an additional 50% to only 800 gph per side. Dennis recommended that I have the waterfall flow on only one side of the tree, increase the water line to 2 inches, extend the waterfall an additional 8 ft , make it truly pondless and replace the liner. My wife and I decided to let them do their magic to enhance our waterfall. My new waterfall is 3 to 4 times louder than my old one. The new water line is made of a nearly indestructible material and the new liner is far superior to what was previously used. This company uses the highest quality products and delivers what they promise.

We retained Arnold Masonry and Lanscape to install stonework on our house, to extend a retaining wall, and to overhaul the appearance of our front yard. The last of these items included putting in an irrigation system and outdoor lighting, as well as the resodding of our grass and the selection of new decorative plants. Arnold Masonry and Landscape When looking for a company that could assist me in creating a breathtaking fire pit area in my backyard, I decided to search in two arenas, first on Angie's list and then through friends and word of mouth recommendations. One company surfaced twice in the research and it was Arnold Masonry in regards to aesthetic results and highly rated reviews from their clients. I would like to share how the project progressed: Our first appointment included Scott reviewing the layout of my back yard and what I wanted to create. He gave me options and suggested additional items to make the result more aesthetically beautiful. I appreciate Scott because he took enough time to ask specific questions that were driven from his expertise and standards of excellence. Within a short time frame I received a proposal that was specific in regards to cost, payment and time frames. I asked Scott for another option....again a very quick response. Once the proposal was accepted ..we began the construction process. The first day was a long day for the craftsmen. It took them several hours to create and pour the base of the fire pit area. The second day the stone work began...and day two it was completed. One final clean up day included an acid wash of the stone work and finishing touches to surrounding areas . Throughout the process Scott kept me up to date on the progress of the project and asked for my feedback constantly. I was delighted to meet his son Joe on the final day of construction. Joe is a great representative for this company and is as passionate as his father is in regards to the work they do for you as their client. Thank you for a job well done.

From our first meeting with Scott everything was handled very professionally and promptly. Scott guided us to his suppliers so that we could pick out the exact type of blue stone and brick that was going to be used in our project. Even the suppliers had wonderful comments about Scott and his team. Scott's design sense was also very good and he gave us exact drawings of the fireplace. He made sure we knew about each detail and involved us in the design process. Every day the crew arrived on time. They were incredible craftsmen and even my children marveled at how they cut and placed each stone exactly where it was supposed to fit into the large patio. The crew was very polite and also left the worksite clean at the end of each day. The entire project was completed in 5 days. The time management was excellent. Upon completion Scott reviewed the work and made sure our expectations had been met. He is very customer oriented and I cannot say enough good things about his team. We were looking at three companies to improve our outdoor living space. We decided to go with ARNOLD Masonry and Landscape, and glad we did. From the very beginning of the project, Scott did a terrific job providing us with ongoing updates on status and next steps. They put together a couple of recommendations and different stone options which were all beautiful. We decided to go with a 325 sf flagstone patio with a 6f built in BBQ area. Scott and team are passionate about what they do and are true artists that will not compromise on quality. A lot of companies can put in a flagstone patio but a true mason looks at the big picture matching colors, shapes, transitions and flow of the patio as part of the backyard and that's what Scott and team do really well. We had the same crew working onsite for the entire duration of the project. Each member was very friendly and careful around our plants. They finished the project on time and within agreed on budget with no surprises but most importantly, they delivered way beyond our expectations. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our new patio and recommend Scott and his team without hesitation!

This is the second time we hired ARNOLD Masonry and Landscape within 12 months. Again, they did a wonderful job and exceeded our expectations. The stone work, landscaping and lighting really completed our backyard. They installed a crab orchard rock border around all of our backyard beds, replaced a significant amount of pine straw beds with mulch and installed lighting around our rock walkway. We are glad that we listened to Scott and went forward with the outdoor lighting as it provides a nice added element. Dennis always does a great job listening to our preferences and provides useful insight when selecting various plants, trees, flowers, etc. We intend to hire them again in the Spring to finish out the final stages of our yard. They are always professional, fast, efficient and on budget. I would recommend ARNOLD Masonry and Landscape to anyone with outdoor hardscape and landscape needs.

Scott and his crew were easy to work with and very professional. Scott created a beautiful outdoor living area with fireplace for us to replace our old run down patio. From my first meeting with Scott Arnold (the owner of Arnold Masonry and Landscape) to discuss the various components of what was going to be a very large backyard renovation, Scott instilled in me a sense of confidence that he indeed had the experience and competence needed to execute and manage the many different “moving parts” involved in my project. Before meeting Scott, I interviewed four other contractors, none of whom seemed comfortable taking on this size project. But, true to his word, four weeks after starting demolition, my kids and I are enjoying our new backyard! As part of the overall scope of the project, Scott took the time to evaluate (and, honestly, improve upon) existing plans prepared for me by a Landscape Architect. Scott has a sixth sense about the placement of hardscape, as well as landscape, elements which combine together to create a seamless and very effective outdoor living space; he truly did make “my vision” come to life. His crews moved retaining walls and replaced them with a graduated, landscaped hill that now has beautiful hand-selected boulders and a new and recessed stacked stone wall; he replaced a square and boring tile patio with a much larger, two tier, sculpted flagstone patio, a 12’ stone chimney (designed by Scott himself, with an inset stone detail that makes my chimney unique to my backyard alone) and a built-in kitchen; he added a masonry fire pit and demi-lunar masonry bench to anchor the opposite side of the backyard. Scott carefully chose all of the different types of stone for each of the elements so that they would slightly contrast with one another, while complementing the overall sense of design. His landscape crew added the refinement of perennials which were carefully placed around the entire backyard and, then, finished the landscaping with sophisticated night lighting. To finish the backyard area, Scott designed and built a beautiful cedar pavilion with a medal roof which wraps around the chimney. The result is stunning; however, the devil is in the details…isn’t it. Taking on these details, Scott’s landscape crew carefully measured the grade of my backyard and landscaped hill so as to ensure that drainage would not be an issue. After completion of the project and following a late summer thunderstorm deluge, we decided that the French drain which had been installed needed to be extended by 12 feet to properly manage the drainage issue. This alteration was made at no change in cost to the overall project (which highlights a point made in other reviews and which I will address below). Because access to my backyard was limited by space, the crews needed to drive a bobcat across my front yard (for several weeks) in order to carry the materials to and properly grade my backyard. Impressively, Scott thought about this is advance and included the cost of repair to my front yard with his estimate of the overall project, as opposed to “tacking it on” as “an extra” at the end. Personally, Scott and his crews were extremely respectful and very attentive to any requests or questions that I or my kids had throughout this entire process. They arrived on time and worked very hard. Scott was very communicative about the weekly (if not daily) plan of action, as well as any changes which had to be made due to prohibitive weather conditions. The parade of curious neighbors through my backyard has prompted many an unsolicited comment, from being amazed at the scope of the work which was completed within a four week period, to the undeniable quality of the work. Scott’s approach to billing is, as he calls it, a “turnkey approach.” He was the only one of the vendors whom I interviewed to offer me a flat fee for the project. Whatever happened, the price did not change (unless a change was requested by me which altered the cost of an element…and, even then, a few de minimis extras just seemed to appear as if by magic). The one last thought which I would like to impress most upon the readers of this review is Scott’s personal investment of pride in each of his projects. It is rare these days to meet a vendor who is so committed to personal service and quality craftsmanship, and whose crews respect him enough to also have this vital sense of ownership in their work. Scott and his team just finished an outdoor fireplace for us and we had an A+ experience with him! My husband is extremely detailed, and Scott exceeded even his high expectations. From our first contact to the project completion (which stayed on time and on budget) we were very impressed with how professional the company was and how gorgeous the finished project is. Added a masonry (brick and stone) fireplace to my screened porch. Scott Arnold and his team were professional, knowledgeable, hard working and exceeded my expectations. That is hard as I am very hands on and picky. Highly recommend them!

Our project involved a 23x23 hardscape patio with 5.5 ft chimney as well as a landscape project that required 8 tandems of dirt, grading, irrigation and sod for a slightly sloped backyard area about 80x105. From the moment we contacted Arnold Masonry & Landscape until the very end of our projects, we were thoroughly impressed by the company’s responsiveness, professionalism, dedication to our happiness and overall quality of work. We liked that this company works from a contract not just an estimate, so you can be confident that the price is the price. After going through this project we now have a new appreciation for the custom work this company does. They took the time to properly grad the yard prior to pouring the concrete for the patio which ensured our patio would be level, but that is would also drain properly on our slightly sloped yard. The large amount of attention and precision given to shaping the patio stones and especially the fireplace stones was incredible. For the chimney, they started with rock the size of footballs and then preceded to hand chip each one so that it perfectly fit together to create a beautiful custom chimney. They paid attention to the small details that added a finishing touch to the patio like putting mortar around the sides of the patio so that you couldn’t see where the concrete stopped and the patio started. They use a thick concrete foundation and thick flagstone, so the quality is very good. The second part of our project was the landscaping work around the patio. We had 8 tandems of dirt brought in which they graded in a strategic way to allow for the water to properly drain down the left, middle and right sides of our yard. Initially, we had not thought about putting in an irrigation system, however WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID!!!! Based on the company’s recommendation we decided to add an irrigation system and now we can’t imagine not having one. If you are contemplating an irrigation system, please take our advice and put one in. You don’t want to be running around your beautiful new yard moving sprinklers! One think I would recommend is that when they trench your yard and lay the pipes you should take the time to take pictures so you know where all of the pipes are laid in case you ever have to make repairs. Once we tested our irrigation system’s pressure we realized that the water pressure in the back of the house was not enough to support our yard, so they trenched around to the front spout instead. Our price was not affected by the additional work required to trench to the front of the yard because they were committed to doing what was best for our system. Once the irrigation system was in they graded the dirt and then laid the sod. A couple days after they finished the sod we had a very heavy rain storm which caused a 5 inch deep, 6 foot long trench in the year where the soil beneath the sod had washed away. We were initially disappointed that this happened to our brand new yard, but one phone call to the landscaper and he made time to come out the same day to give us suggestions for how to fix it and how to prevent it from happening again. This company is truly committed to customer satisfaction. They were in constant communication with us during the whole project and even when weather caused delays in our timeline, they were giving us daily updates as to what we could expect from them. We had multiple in-person visits from the owner of the company to ensure that everything was going well and they were constantly asking us if we were happy with the progress being made on our project. We highly recommend Arnold Masonry & Landscape and we will definitely use them again when we decide to add plants and lighting to our backyard.

Scott was selected among many other companies to redo our backyard. We have 3 Newfoundlands and our backyard looked like a war zone, including our original "cheap" builder patio, and areas where water was not draining. Since our first call we knew Scott Arnold would provide excellent service and his team also finished the work in record times. The entire work took less than a week and the results are excellent. We replaced all our grass, rebuilt the patio, replanted our slope, and have quite an extensive french drain installed to solve HORRIBLE drainage issues we had that got resolved thanks to Scott's work. We enjoyed working with this team and will definitely have more work for them in the future!

We came across Arnold Masonry online and are so glad we did. We met with Scott regarding upgrades to our concrete patio. After talking with him, we decided to expand the patio and cover it with flagstone as well as install a beautiful stone fireplace. His crew worked quickly and kept the job site very neat and orderly. What a great experience!! Needed a massive makeover in our backyard. Years of too much rain and very playful dogs have turned our backyard into a swampy mess. From the moment owner Scott Arnold arrived, plans unfolded perfectly. A gorgeous fieldstone patio was built with a wonderful firepit. Old concrete walkways were transformed to match and dug up flower beds were filled with beautiful river rock. Working with Dennis, Scott's landscaping professional, backyard lighting was installed to highlight their gorgeous work and new plantings were provided where needed. We even installed an area of natural looking artificial turf which is both beautiful and functional. Their crews were incredibly efficient, working quickly even in sub par weather. They finished much quicker than we expected and the results were just spectacular.

Picked Arnold Masonry after many positive reviews on Angies List. Met with Scott the owner who did an excellent job of giving us ideas, and reworking the quote with each change we made. We replaced a 20x20' deck with flagstone, and upgraded 3 sidewalk areas along with adding a memorial garden. Project started on time with a very respectful and hard working crew and supervisors, and finished a day early. We were thrilled with how the project turned out. Arnold Masonry did exceptional work, and we will have them come back in the spring to add to the project.

ARNOLD Masonry and Concrete is an amazing contractor to say the least. As a company they worked with us from the forefront helping us to visualize what we wanted and yet could not fully describe. They brought forth many material concepts and design ideas. They were extremely timely in their responses and communicated with us throughout the project to explain the different aspects of it as well as defining many things we did not know and had not considered. Our home project consisted of a large landscape design with changes in the height of our property and the addition of lots of beautiful landscape plants and sod. It also included a good bit of masonry work (what we now realize is called hardscape) and also included tiered patios, an outdoor stone fireplace with a matching kitchen, some retaining walls and a few smaller walls. We also had them install night lighting throughout and a gorgeous waterfall (without a pond). The pavilion which was built also looks amazing since it is cedar and its deep brown coloring looks great against the contrast of the textured stone. We are very pleased with ARNOLD Masonry and Concrete's work and have future plans to remodel our basement in which we will be using them to create an entertainment room with a unique stone bar. This company is not only the best in all that they do, but they also take their business seriously and are true professionals in every sense of the word.

At the time of the renovations, we'd been in our home (roughly 3000 sq ft. home on 1/3 arce) for eight years, and decided that we would do our first ever backyard renovation. I checked on another contractor review website for landscaping and hardscaping companies to do our work, and decided to go with ARNOLD Masonry and Concrete because of their excellent service record on that site and because they were a one stop shop for all the work we wanted done. Our renovation included the following improvements: the construction of new Crab Orchard flagstone patio, the construction and staining of a 12' x 12' x 8' pergola, the installation of a 5' x 8' in-ground gardening area lined with stone, the construction of a cedar shadowbox fence to enclose the backyard, and new landscaping along the sides and back of the home. From start to finish, Scott Arnold (owner) was very responsive to my emails and questions; he listened to what I wanted done, and provided opinion and input that was very helpful in shaping the design. He gave me a clear and detailed contract, with turnkey pricing so that I knew exactly how much I'd be spending up-front. The work crews and subcontractors who did the work on my home were on time, hard-working, and polite. Scott knew what was happening with my project at all times, and came out several times to make sure that the work was going according to plan. The only delays that we had were the result of bad weather. I am very happy with the experience, and the results are fantastic! My backyard looks great!

Arnold Masonry did a large concrete porch addition to the rear of my home involving a steep slope and long retaining wall. Job was done very professionally and on time. Very pleased with the work, the price and would certainly use and recommend them again.
