The whole bathroom 11 team have been amazing. They designed and installed 3 bathrooms for us and did a wonderful job with extremely high quality of workmanship by winston and vasili. One of them was a particularly tricky space but Adam managed to design a solution that works really well and we are so pleased with the quality of their work and how they resolved issues along the way. They’ve always been on time, and responsive and the bathrooms have made such a difference to our house. I would thoroughly recommend them!!

Still loving our new en-suite bathroom finished beautifully by Bathroom Eleven quite a few years ago now, it is a joy to look at each time I go into the bathroom. I think I could be called the white vinegar queen!! - as I’m always spraying any hint of limescale to keep the bathroom looking as good as Bathroom Eleven installed it.

We wanted to work with Bathroom Eleven for a complete Renovation of our Bathroom. Note, that you have to pay an initial Fee of 350 £ for their design/quotation, which is not refunded if you do not select their quotation. We didn't as it was well above our Budget and it did not list any of the products in detail. When we requested product names, we were told that they will be only released after we signed the contract. This means you have to sign before you know what Brand and Quality you get. Make sure you receive their terms and condition in their latest update and read the small print carefully. We were also told that their average Bathroom is upwards of £ 17,000, they quoted us £ 29,000. We were offered a Second appointment to discuss a reduced design, however we would still not have been given a list of the selected appliances, furniture or tiles to enable us checking the Quality/brand. They are nice people and the design locked fantastic, so if you trust them blindfolded, you are in good hands. But this strange Business Model is not for everyone.

Firstly, thanks for taking time to write feedback, it’s always essential for a small business like us to understand our clients and take any comments on board.

Unfortunately, in this circumstance, we feel your review is a little unfair. We do request an initial deposit of £350.00 to start the design process. This covers the unlimited design meetings we offer to our complete service clients to showcase the potential of their future bathrooms. During your consultation we advised a figure of £20,000 - £25,000 for your new bathroom based on the initial discussions around what features and products you would like to achieve in the space. During the following first design meeting we presented a full 3D design and physical mood board including additional product images; we also informed you that this was just your first design and represents the full potential we can offer thus coming in over budget. We fully expected you to continue with this collaborative process and approach to achieve the bathroom you desired at a budget you were happy with, especially with how positive the feedback was on the initial design.

We would love to be able to offer the design service for free, however, we feel that would be unfair to our clients who are investing into their property with a bathroom installation of our calibre. Likewise, rather than sending out a listed quotation of products (which to most people is just a list of words/names) we choose to discuss the detail of our product quotations face to face in the Design Studio so that you can touch and feel the quality of the product, so quite the opposite intention to what your review might suggest. We prefer a personal approach to our clients and enjoy explaining why we have selected such high quality products to create their beautiful bathroom design. Your comment in regards to the design fee is misleading, in that we do reimburse the deposit if you choose our Complete Project Managed Installation – this does not have to be the first quotation as you incorrectly state.

As you correctly point out, our budgets may not be for everyone however we pride ourselves on a collaborative approach as we totally understand that every clients’ needs and expectations are entirely different. We work with clients who are in their forever home looking for a stamp of luxury, or clients on tighter budgets but still wanting to achieve the Bathroom Eleven quality.

We are saddened that you did not choose to take us up on the offer to return to the showroom to experience just how we might make your bathroom a reality and wish you luck with your bathroom project elsewhere. If you wish to discuss this in person, or over the phone, we would be more than happy to oblige as, as you correctly state, we are in fact nice people that a lot of clients trust due to our highly recommended quality of work (please see below for further 5 star reviews) and accredited design capabilities.

What a great company! This is the first time we have had bathrooms replaced. This job was to get 2 bathrooms replaced at the same time and so it took us a while to take the plunge. When we decided to go for it we looked for designs and quotes from a number of companies dotted around the South/South West London and Surrey area, We spoke to all the designers in the same way, discussing our general likes/dislikes in bathrooms and some very generalised ideas we had for each room. From the very first time we saw Adam's designs it was clear he was head and shoulders above the others. It was clear he had understood our vague thoughts and feelings on bathrooms and turned them into something real. Adam had great patience with us throughout the design process, and we ended up with a great pair of rooms. Other firms never really got close to understanding us, would often focus on specific products and sometimes focused on using gimmicks like VR headsets. None of which can replace a skilled designer like Adam. The installation was very quickly arranged, and went fantastically. Jarek and Tomak turned up every day with a smile on their faces and worked hard. They took huge care over the rest of the house and general tidiness. Most importantly to us, they took great care of the dogs throughout the process, despite them investigating everything. Our dogs still miss having them turn up each day! The quality of the fitting is brilliant. Our friends and family all admire the bathrooms now, where as before we felt we had to make excuses for them! Can't recommend this company enough.

Every so often in life you come across a team of talented people delivering excellent service to a high standard and such was our experience working with Bathroom Eleven. From the initial visit to the showroom, through the design stages and then to installation our experience has been to be delighted at every stage. The installers are first class as are the tilers, electrician etc. The results are stunning and add a new perspective to our house. Bathroom Eleven is highly recommended.

Bathroom Eleven designed and fitted a family bathroom and ensuite bathroom for us. From the design stage through to installation the service was excellent. Adam took time to get to know us and what we were looking for and did a super job in translating our ideas into excellent designs. He came up with creative options and helped advise on fittings so we could complete the project within budget. The installation was also great - seamlessly planned, we were kept informed at all stages, and it proceeded with minimal disruption to us. Everyone involved was extremely professional and charming. The quality of the fittings and work are excellent and we are delighted with the results.

We are extremely pleased with the work carried out by Bathroom Eleven. They transformed a small area in our loft into a luxurious en suite. The entire team was hands-on, from design through to finish, and they were considerate, friendly, approachable and very competent. The attention to detail was excellent. The team also made changes to our existing family bathroom, considerably improving that space. We couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely employ Bathroom Eleven in future.

I would like to highly recommend Johanna at Bathroom Eleven for the advice she gave us for our family bathroom. She spent lots of time with us understanding our needs and style ideas and helping us reach a great design for our not very large bathroom, including a 3D design to help us visualise the overall space. Her technical and product knowledge was excellent and we felt we were in very safe hands. A very friendly company I wouldn't hesitate to call on when we are ready to get the work done.
