Can't rate Ben and Sally at Benedict design highly enough. We were so pleased with the way they realised our ideas from the initial drawings and discussions to the final design - which was absolutely stunning. They helped and guided us through the whole project, from the very initial stages, through to council approvals, going out to tender for a builder, helping and suggesting \the finishes and so on through through to completion. Through the whole process Ben and Sally were such a pleasure to work with, they communicated clearly, were always quick to get back to us, and very patient with the changes we made along the way. We have been in our completed home for nearly a year now and we are so happy with the way it has turned out. Its so cleverly designed, the space and light has been maximized and we've ended up with a truly beautiful home that is so easy to live in.

Working with Ben as a builder has been one of the easiest process I have been through. His attention to detail but problem solving mentality is his strength. He’s very adaptive and always willing to give his time to produce a product of the highest level. Ben captures the clients needs and this is so important for fluent design. Ben is very easy to communicate with, he understands our needs well. Very practical design approach, which is the main reason we worked with him. Unfortunately we changed our mind and our didn’t get s chance to see Ben’s design to be built. I would definitely recommend Ben for his services.

Ben has been terrific from the get-go. He really listened to what I wanted my new house to do and be, drew up a plan that was interesting and creative yet would clearly be practical to live in, and then has worked with me to fine-tune and modify where necessary. Ben is unfailingly respectful of my ideas (even if they turn out on reflection to be bad ideas!) and he has been super-quick to reply to emails etc. His preparation of the submission to council for the DA was extraordinarily meticulous - the planning department had never seen anything like it! I would recommend Ben unequivocally to anyone seeking a cheerful, thorough and "non-precious" architect.

Delivering Ben's Leichhardt project was a great experience. Ben's management of the build and contract was clear and professional. Ben and I worked together on a recently completed Clovelly home. He came up with some really clever design solutions for the existing structure, whilst also transforming it with a 2nd level addition to house bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom. His considered design approach really gets the best out of spaces, and the resulting design will always have a contemporary and creative aesthetic. He was a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him as an Architect for any residential projects.

Ben has worked on a redesign of an extension to our victorian-era house, to replace the kitchen, bathroom and laundry (complying development in Ashfield, NSW). Ben has also ingeniously worked with the very (!) limited space to include a second WC, dining area and laundry space, plus turn an unused attic space into an upstairs play room for the kids. The design is modern and clean whilst very much in keeping with the style of the original home, which was an important part of the brief. Ben has been available and responsive at every stage and helped us in the search for good quality builders. We're planning to start building in 2018 and really excited to see our plans come to life.

Ben came up with a really original and very stylish solution to a garage and outdoor space in my place in Coogee. The end result has transformed my house and completely modernised the look of the house from the street and from within.

The design solution Ben came up with was faultless. We asked him to design a renovation to our 135 year old terrace 4 years ago and as a testament to great design, after we considered, redesigned, waited, reconsidered (I am a designer myself and couldn't help but stick my nose in) and ended up going back to EXACTLY what Ben had designed in the first place. We are three weeks out from completing our renovation and are simply delighted with the results. The design holds huge respect to the history of the terrace and is entirely appropriate for our family.
