Blue Leaf Design Build - Dahlia Interiors strives to be the Foothills Builder of Choice. We are a small independent general contractor located in Conifer, Colorado. We understand how personal a home improvement project can be, and we thrive on the relationships we create with our customers while we help them create the space they envision. The core of our business is medium to large scale addition and remodel. We offer Kitchen, Bath, and Interior Design from our Design division, Dahlia Interiors and we carry Colorado cabinet lines. The Blue Leaf team completed a full remodel of our house with absolute professionalism and unrivaled attention to detail. Phil worked closely to bring our architects vision to life sourcing materials and managing trades to meet the highest quality standards. Phil always left the site clean and organized and worked in a transparent manner with realistic timelines and workarounds when needed. While we initially planned a smaller scope Phil and team were flexible when we decided to expand the project and have him take on more. We could not be happier with the finished product.

Blue Leaf Design Build did our master bathroom last summer. It was a big job that required replacing a leaky jetted tub with a standing shower, new plumbing and lighting fixtures and new tile flooring. From the start we were impressed with Phil's professionalism and his knowledge of his trade. He gave us a detailed quote and explained the whole process from start to end. His crew were just as top notch, very professional and respectful. They were meticulous and got everything right. Phil attended to every detail until the end. The result is a master bathroom that is a delight and exactly as we envisioned. We are grateful to Phil and his team for providing us with a pleasant renovation experience and highly recommend Blue Leaf Design Build!

Our home project started as a total kitchen and laundry room renovation and grew to include our bathroom. This was a HUGE project in a little house so we moved out temporarily. Phil, head of Blue Leaf, understood that my biggest priority was to get back home in the appointed time and he made that happen despite adding on the bathroom. He was dedicated to ensuring that all work was done to code while paying attention to the details. I cannot explain how thrilled I am with the result! My kitchen wish list items came true in my tiny kitchen and I wouldn't change a thing. Phil impressed me with his knowledge, vision, patience, and honesty. I relied on his input when I was making decisions and he never led me astray. By the end of the project, the running joke was WWPD -- What Would Phil Do? I appreciated the plan proposal detailing all the various costs so that we could stay on budget. I think every penny paid was worth it and would do it all over again with Blue Leaf. Seriously, I could not be happier with the result. It's good to be home!

I had a wonderful experience with Blue Leaf. I was one of ‘those’ clients who continued to ask for more things beyond the scope of work I’d originally imagined. This was, in part, due to the fact that the work Phil and his team did was so beyond what I’d imagined it kept inspiring the next vision. At each turn they sat down and we worked out each new step, timeframe, budget etc. everyone who walks into the house stops and says, “WOW...this is an incredibly beautiful home.” And it’s true. They helped turn this building into a sanctuary of a home.
