Very poor delivery and installation service carried out by unprofessional and careless people who scratched the walls of my flat and the wardrobe materials (doors, wood panels, and metal frame). Also, the company put me in touch with a builder whom I asked to do other works in my flat's bathroom. So, he took the deposit, did some works for three days during which: (i) he messed up the pipes in the bathroom causing a heavy water leakage; (ii) he left scratches on the wood floor of my bedroom trying to cover them with filler without telling me anything; and eventually (iii) when it was obvious that he hadn't got the skills to do the job, he collected all his stuff and ran off with my deposit on a day when I was out of town and only my wife and my little son at home. I asked Capital Bedrooms to give me the surname and address of this guy (as I only know his name) for pursuing him but they completely ignored my request.

This is the third time we have used Capital Bedrooms. Extremely helpful and very quick in understanding our needs. Not once did we ever feel pressured to accept quotations. The overall process is very professional, and the staff is very polite and easy to work with. Would recommend Capital Bedrooms without hesitation.

Last week, we had 3 bedrooms fitted with stunning new built-in wardrobes with Capital Bedrooms. We initially went to see their showroom which is local to us in Wembley. As we entered, my wife and I were instantly mesmerised with the shire size and quality of the furniture inside. A well-dressed, polite designer named, Hardy, offered us a warm cup of coffee and gave us a very informative tour of the showroom. Towards the end, we decided to book a free home designer visit with Hardy so that he can accurately measure up and survey our 3 bedrooms that we desperately needed redesigning. Hardy, was superb. He looked, he listened and quickly came up with well-ordered and elegant solutions to our problems. His visit was a delight from start to finish, managing to combine professionalism with fun. As we spoke, we were explained clearly what is possible within our budget and what really can be done. Hardy was very helpful in explaining what is the best way to maximise our space and storage in a better and efficient manner - explaining every small detail to us. He completed very clear and easy to understand drawings which fully covered our briefs. As the days went by, leading to the final installment, Hardy kept in good contact with us and we were well up to date with the entire process. The wardrobes are all successfully fitted now, and we are incredibly pleased and delighted with the results. The wardrobes look absolutely incredible. I now have a survey scheduled with Hardy again, for a newly fitted kitchen and cannot wait! I have no hesitation in commending Capital Bedrooms as truly professional bedroom installers and would recommend to all if you want honesty, great service, and value for money.

After deciding against having a carpenter building fitted bedroom wardbrobes with sliding doors and storage, which would have been extremly expensive and time consuming. Searching the internet I came across Capital Bedrooms on the Saturday, they were less than 5 miles from home so I paid them a visit on the same day.. I was suprised that on the premises which is in the middle of a refit so no show rooms to view at the moment.. " Dont let this put you off", I was happy to see the designers at work also thel workshop is on site so you see everything being made.which is reassuring. All samples of kitchen, bedroom, flooring etc materials are there to view. After the consultation and quotation I gave it some thought I went back to them the following Tuesday to confirm and pay my deposit., that same day they came and measured up and by the Sunday 3 men came and fitted everything to a very high standard. They went over and beyond considering it was such short notice as the minimum time frame is usually 2-4 weeks depending on your request. I am extremely grateful and impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail, from the design team to the craftsmen. Friends and family have commented on the high standard of work and how it has transformed my bedroom. I cant praise them enough and would/have already recommended Capital to others.

I have had a bad experience with a furniture company in the past for my previous apartment's furniture and wardrobe and also the prices were stupidly expensive with low quality material that needs to be fixed every now and then. So for my new apartment i was too picky for the company i choose. After a lot of research through genuine sites, I finalized capital bedrooms as they had fascinating furniture and good reviews. I thought of testing them for a small job of a closet for my bedroom. And their work compelled me to write them a review. They gave amazing services throughout the procedure. Their salesman Mac was very professional and friendly and designed the wardrobe exactly according to my needs, choice and budget. Also the quality of the wood and other material is so fine. I was doubtful of the quality at such low prices, but they exceeded my expectations in everything. Absolutely Capital bedrooms is my only choice for the other furniture in my new home. Glad i found them. Thank you so much guys. Highly recommended.
