Carpet One is excellent! Randy Mostad and his team provided professional advice on updating our flooring, all done with clear information and up front pricing. From selection of carpeting to install to comprehensive efforts to do all safely during the pandemic- they were top notch. Will be using them again to remove outdated tile flooring !!! Thank you Carpet One!

What a great business! I have worked with Justin Coleman at Carpet One on 24th, Billings for a couple of tiling projects. Regardless if they were big or little projects....I was treated with great support and respect! So professional, knowledgable, and timely. Also, product is only as good as the installer Sam Fedje, one of their contract installers, did a topnotch job installing! Highly recommend Carpet One!

I have worked with Jessica Hannesson at the Cabinet Center on multiple projects. From a full kitchen remodel, to playroom shelving, and several bathrooms in between, she has been such an asset to each project. Jessica's best quality is her versatility. I have come to her with no plan and asked her to create an entire project from scratch; I've also come with a complete idea for a project and asked to her to make it happen. It doesn't matter if you have no idea of what you need or if you are 98% sure of a design, Jessica is helpful and someone you want on your design team!

Ron had a complicated set of requirements and worked very hard to meet them. The installers were wonderful. Returned after the first of the year for additional flooring. He is now my go to.

Carpet One provided excellent design help. The carpet we chose arrived on time. There was one glitch ... An error was made on the quantity and a second shipment was required to finish the installation. The second order arrived quickly. The installers did a great job. The price was reasonable. We would have given five stars were it not for the quantity glitch and resulting delay.

When getting selling your home, to re- modeling your new abode, carpet one helped make our experience less stressful . Sarah, their designer was so kind and patient, we highly recommend justin " our" sales guy. They will take care of you no matter the situation. Kelly & gary

Jessica took my kitchen and laundry measurements and designed the space within two hours time and gave me 3-D copies which helped me with working with other contractors. She has the patience of Job and gave suggestions through the months as we fine-tuned and rearranged space to work with the true measurements, my preferences and budget. I am so pleased with the results. I worked with other cabinet suppliers for different rooms, but none gave me half the service on the very same budget. I highly recommend Jessica Hanneson of Billings.

4 rooms new carpet in mobile home. Offered a close out carpet on sale which was very nice for the cost. Installers did not show up at scheduled time. After calling, the installation supervisor showed up and said we weren't on the list at all. He called Carpet One and arranged to pick up our carpet and have installers there later in the afternoon, however they could not finish job until next day. Installers were very good and did an excellent job. I also had to go to Carpet One to Get a receipt for my purchase and the install, as they did not return my phone call.
