Disappointing experience. Placed online order, and received an email stating order was in PC instead of feed. My mistake. But when re-quoted, they added an additional freight change to the order. ( Original website quotation stated that shipping was free.) This make the project totally infeasible as the freight cost was almost the same price as the tiles. False advertising online of free shipping, after debiting my credit card the cost of the order. Requested to cancel my order and waiting refund. Beware of price changes for unforeseen shipping cost.

I'm a local General Contractor and I have bought tiles for over 5 different bathrooms and 4 different kitchens from Carrara Tiles. Their staff was extremely knowledgable and friendly and they always have fantastic design advices. They have a huge selection of marble and they can do custom fabricate and design anything. We really enjoyed working with Carrara Tiles. They are professionals who really know their product. Jackie was so helpful when it came to picking our tile. They listened to our wishes and worked to find just the right tile. There were so many options available to us. I must admit we are not the easiest of customers, but they never gave up on us. Their design services, knowledge and customer service are unmatched. With their customer service's guidance and support I have designed and built multiple homes and have also completed remodeling projects. All of the tile was purchased thru Carrara Tiles. Jackie and her team at Carrara Tiles in New Jersey are fantastic. They have a wonderful eye for design and detail and carry an outstanding selection of marble tiles, mosaic tiles, etc. What I really like about CT is their customer service. They really spend the time with you looking at your plans, making suggestions and helping fit your budget - a real value! They helped me with a powder room and with a dining room. I shopped several tile stores in the New Jersey and they are simply the best!

We used honed Carrara marble 12x24 tile for our master bathroom remodel. Ordering and delivery was timely and their customer service was excellent. Great quality tiles, great prices but even better customer service. I would definitely order tiles from them again.

I have worked with Carrara Tiles on two bathroom projects and I am thrilled with both. They helped me to select all of the tile for a small guest bath (that I did not want to spend a lot on) and the master bath (where I was willing to spend a bit more but still had a budget). They have exquisite taste at any price point. I can honestly say that they also have great slab selection for vanities. I chose a nero marquina black marble slab for my bathroom. I was skeptical about using nero marquina black marble slabs for my countertop but, they explained pros and cons and we are very happy with it.
