Prompt, polite, neat, experts at what they do...and extremely reasonable! I cannot say enough good things about Don and his team at CAV Audio. They did a fantastic job in my Home Theater room!

We worked with Don and his team to upgrade our TV's and sound. From the initial site visit to the installation they were professional, committed to helping us understand what equipment best met our needs and were patient and detailed throughout. They stand by their products and services and take the goal of customer satisfaction seriously. Not only that, they are just a pleasure to work with! Will absolutely hire them again and have recommended them to friends.

I would definitely not recommend hiring them. We hired them to fix our mantle mount since they were listed as a registered mantle mount dealer but, they were terrible at doing the job and looked like that was the very first time they ever did the job. Don was extremely unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to a customer. He tried to charge us for extra hours by manipulating the time the team came in and when we tried to explain, he started yelling in a rude manner. If you hire his team, make sure you make a note of the time the team comes to your place and the time they complete the work.

Cavicchi provided excellent consultation on equipment and configuration of the media/audio components. Once I picked out the equipment the installation was very quick then the support provided after was excellent!

We used them to install surveillance cameras outside our building. They were professional and efficient. They did the job in the time they quoted and helped out when I was learning the program for the cameras. We also used them a year later when we needed to have some cable wires redone. The owner is great to work with and the installers were knowledgeable and professional.

I loved working with Cavicchi. They stood out during the initial consultation - taking time to understand what I was interested in doing, making recommendations based on not only tech specs and A/V quality, but also ease of use and longevity. They were able to use some of my existing components where appropriate and recommend new components where it would make a difference - keeping cost down and keeping me away from hoarding unnecessary electronics. So far, I've had Cavicchi mount 2 TVs (including a new 75" 4k HDR), replace the in-wall front speakers with a Sonos sound bar, add premium in-wall back speakers, power the 5.1 system with Sonos (all new), and wire all the components into the basement (cable box, Sonos amp, etc.) so nothing is visible but the TV and Sound Bar. Wiring all this is no small feat - and their skills showed with their cleanliness and attention to detail. The work was on-time and on-budget. I will definitely be calling them again for my next project.

I highly recommend Cavicchi Audio Video. They did an outstanding and very professional job during our complete renovation of an 1890 carriage house to a single family home. They were very knowledgeable and patient while helping us through the complex buying decision process and explaining the pros and cons of the numerous options available. Their highly skilled team went well beyond what we would expect any supplier to do during the installation process to make sure all their equipment was perfectly installed. They even spent multiple hours hiding cables in 12 inch thick brick walls. This was a pleasant surprise and aesthetically so much more appealing, confirming their level of professionalism. The training they gave to my entire family on how to use and more importantly how to maximise the equipment was invaluable. Picking Cavicchi Audio Video was one of the best decisions we made. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them.

I was referred to Cavicchi Audio from a client. I needed all new equipment for my new apartment. Donnie came out and we talked about what my needs as far as equipment- audio/video etc and he put together a proposal for me based on my needs. It was a great price and he installed and taught to how to use my new system as well. It was quite "Painless"! I cannot recommend Cavicchi Audio Video more!! I have had a few service calls as well due to cable box issues and they are timely as well as professional in the service department as well as the sales area.
