Staging is the art of enhancing the visual appeal of your home, to increase its market value, attract a larger pool of potential buyers and getting you an offer in the shortest amount of time. My stagings are intentionally designed to be warm and inviting while showcasing features and create a "wow" impression at the moment a prospective buyer enters the home. My differentiators are: 1. "Stage appropriate". Your home is different than everyone else and I make sure it is "Stage appropriate", creating an environment which fits in with the mood of the home. Whether it is a $3M home in Alamo or a starter home in Oakley rest assured you will get a customized staging which will attract the buyer at first sight. 2. "More is more" is my motto. I don't skimp on the accessories, each personally cured from my travels in Europe, India and Marrakesh. 3. "Experience". My own home has been featured in Home Interior magazines and I hold a Bachelors Degree in Design. 4. "Proven success". During 2017 alone 50% of my stages have offers within four weeks and 90% within two months. 5. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Chris is amazing. She is not only talented, but incredibly energetic and wonderfully personable. It can be really hard on a seller to have someone come in and change the look of their home, but Chris is so patient and understanding that the sellers have been like putty in her hands. Chris is no ordinary designer/stager, she is extraordinary! Her eye for the perfect mix of furnishings to showcase a room is exceptional. Chris did an amazing job of bringing my vision for our house to life and she even used "teal," my favorite accent color! She is a design professional who is very passionate and wonderfully caring. She also has a great team who works hard to ensure that staging goes smoothly. During our first and only weekend Open House, hundreds of compliments were received and Chris' staging was a key factor. This was my first staging experience with Chris and I couldn't have been more pleased. I found her to be very professional and talented. I was concerned that without staging that potential buyers might not have a vision on combing light kitchen cabinets with the dark hardwood floors. Also we no longer had a formal dining room. We had an open concept. With Chris's choice of furniture, area rugs and wall art she pulled it all together. During my open house I had over 100 people come thru not only did the Love my listing but many complemented the staging and wanted Chris's contact info which I gladly shared. I know that because how awesome the home looked I recd 5 offers and we sold with 5% over list price. Chris's team was also awesome, everything was done in a timely manner. Chris staged a house that I was getting ready to put on the market. She brought in furniture, bedding and accessories to transform the home into a beautiful showcase. She is an amazing designer with a great sense of style. She's easy to work with and has a down to earth personality.
