Right from the first meeting with East Side Construction's Chris Voll, we found him to be extremely professional, honest, and thorough. His quote was accurate from the very beginning and his timeframe was perfect. He had said it would take 4 weeks for our entire kitchen remodel, and that is exactly how long it took. Chris was also extremely involved with the day to day work, which made us feel comfortable and confident that he was in control of the project. His entire team was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. And, we are so pleased with the final results! Our new kitchen is perfect and exactly what we had planned. We would definitely go to East Side Construction again for our next project.

They remodeled a one story ranch home that had not been lived in for several years and was very tired. They did an excellent job and completed right on schedule. I would recommend them highly. Their design services were most helpful and there construction team was enjoyable to work.

Cypress Design Co. has been working with East Side Construction since 2005. Chris Voll's management and artisanship are the core of his company. They provide a high quality product while maintaining schedule. As a Kitchen and Bath Designer I appreciate the level of detail that is provided to us as well as the planning and oversight collaboration The plans and specifications provided to us for each project are thorough and well layered. During renovation/restoration projects, as situations arise which require an alteration from the plans or a creative solution, I have found Chris Voll and his team to be responsive and creative in solving problems while being sensitive to both the clients needs/budget concerns as well as our need for expediency in moving a project forward. East Side Construction is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them for your next remodel/renovation project.

We hired East Side Construction after interviewing 5 other contractors for our kitchen renovation. They were recommended to us by Cypress Design Company, who we had already hired for our design and materials. Cost-wise, they were competitive with one other company that Cypress also recommended. Ultimately, we chose them because they were responsive. We had lots of questions as we were making our decision and Chris responded to every email within a day. They other company took a week to get back to us, and when we had more questions they didn't follow up. Based on previous experiences with contractors, responsiveness in a contractor is a very important to us. Their contract was very detailed, their payment schedule was clear, their workers were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, clean, punctual. The quality of the work was great. The responsiveness continued throughout the process. Best of all, they finished one week earlier than scheduled!
