We have been in contact for several months with Clearly Renovations Ltd for our property refurbishment. We asked them to partecipate at our builders tender. Despite we decided to go with another builder I am sure we will have opportunity to work together in another occasion.

I was very happy with the renovation work Clearly carried out for us. Our once run-down Victorian terrace is now a wonderful family home, the finest on the street, and an asset to the neighbourhood. It was a six month project to fully renovate a four bed "doer-upper" that we had been living in for several years since buying it. After working on the designs with our architects and gaining planning permission, we sought proposals from a number of contractors to do the work. From these, we chose Clearly largely because we bought into Jeremy, Marcin and their team as people we could trust and enjoy working with. I was happy with that decision. There were many challenges during the course of the project, as is to be expected. We were able to work through these collaboratively with the project team, and Jeremy was available to get involved where needed to help solve problems and get the right outcome. During the main work phase, the team brought many ideas and suggestions to help make things work better, save money, and improve the overall finish. They kept me up to date throughout the project on progress and challenges, and were always happy to talk through everything when I was on site. The main work was completed not far off schedule. During the final snagging phase, the team continued to return to ensure everything was finished to a high standard. As a result, I really enjoyed working with Clearly on this project. The outcome was just what we wanted, and I would certainly work with them again on a future project.

The team did a really fab job. They were reliable, tidy, professional, provided good advice for tricky areas and created a wonderful finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We worked with Clearly Renovations on an extensive renovation in central/north London and are very happy with the results. Jeremy, Kris, Marcin, Andrew, Maxine, etc. were all a pleasure to deal with and generally always fair in finding a solution or compromise as unexpected things came up during our renovation process (they always do!). What really set them apart from other companies is their aftercare service as well as their use of project management software which increased transparency and let us know what had been done on site even on the days or weeks we couldn’t be there ourselves. All snagging items were dealt with and overall we feel we can trust them to do things well and correct anything that needs a redo. We would very likely work with them again in any future projects in London as our overall impression is that they are a genuinely professional company and they will turn up and do the work (well) when they say they will, which is not always a given in the industry!

We have been using Clearly Renovations for 4 years now, and they are great. The first time they came in after we had to fire a previous set of builders, they did a great remedial job and finished what was left. This time we have used them to to alter bedroom design, help install air conditioning in the bedroom and do a few minor jobs. All their guys are not only perfectionists and very proud of their work, but also genuinely nice people to work with. The foremen are really responsive and responsible and good communicators as well. We will be using them again!

Jeremy's team have kept my London 1873 terraced two up two down cottage in good order. I will certainly use him when I come to extend the cottage - to put the bathroom upstairs, put in a third bedroom and open up the kitchen. I have been working with Jeremy at Clearly Renovations over the last 10 years, during which time they have helped me completely rebuild our mews house in central London, and extensiver works on our home in SW12. Its high quality work, its on time and it seems to be fairly priced. Most importantly, when things go wrong, there is no hesitation about coming back and fixing the problem. We had a flat roof done, and several years later it failed, and Clearly came back and completely re did the work at cost despite it not having been their failure.

I own multiple properties in South London and have used Jeremy and the Clearly Renovations team for 15+ years on projects both big and small. In 2008 his team did a major project for me where we split a basement flat into two flats - the project had some tricky elements including structural considerations. I was very happy with all aspects of the project from traditional building through to the final finishes on which Clearly also provided input. We've had a number of smaller jobs through the years and I've found Jeremy and team to be thorough and pleasant to work with throughout. Jeremy is more than a builder for me - he is a trusted advisor making sure we look after our properties properly.

Clearly Renovations were brought in by our architects to finish the job of another contractor and to do some extra pieces of work on our property. We are very happy with the quality of their work and our flat looks lovely. The guys clearly care about what they do and are proud of the results, and this is visible on all the levels - from the owner and project managers to individual builders, electricians and plumbers. Not only their attitude to work is great, but they also communicate the issues in a pragmatic and timely manner. We have since recommended them to several friends considering building projects.

We have used Clearly for several jobs. The major one was replacing glass panels on a conservatory type addition. The work was done with great professionalism, on schedule, to budget by trustworthy workmen. It was the case that additional work needed to be done to finalise the repair but this was done promptly without additional cost to us. We would use Clearly for other work.

Jeremy Bayliss and his team completely renovated our London flat in Notting Hill from top to bottom: almost a rebuild job. Clearly Renovations upgraded and extended an existing (but dated) loft conversion adding in another room, built-in storage and a bathroom. Jeremy was straightforward and personable to work with and we were very pleased with the results.

Clearly Renovations performed a complete renovation job on a 3000sq ft terraced house, including adding a basement. Jeremy and his senior team are effective and good managers with clear communication throughout. Jeremy is especially motivated to provide a good service including sourcing sub-contractors. Jeremy and the Clearly team renovated my house, extended back and put in a basement and they did a fabulous job! The house was in quite a mess and required a back to brick refurb including replacment windows and leveling floors and walls and extensive remodelling, extending into the loft, creating 2 further bedrooms and 3 further bathrooms! The work was completed to a very high standard and I would recommend them and have done several times!! They did a first rate job in all instances.. Jeremy is a top chap too and manages the inevitable stressful situations with tact and calmness!

The team worked tirelessly after a huge change in the brief to deliver a difficult project, a three bedroom maisonette with neighbours and all the inherent challenges that implies. The end result was a finish of the highest level, including many bespoke features introduced into the equation.

I have completed two projects in London with clearly property one in south london which was a refurbishment and new build extension, the other a grade ll listed town house, incentral London over 5 floors both had complex structural work to be undertaken, new kitchens, bathrooms and complete electrical rewire and central heating systems, in particular the listed property had some complex plaster cornecingto be matched and replaced to the local authorities satisfaction, throughout both projects clearly property' presented themselves well and in a very professional manner, no problem was too large just something that had to be solved their quality of workmanship is excellent and their team in working with and coordinating sub contractors local authorities and client was beyond reproach

Clearly completely renovated my first floor flat and added another floor in the loft, with two dormer extensions, ceilings beneath lowered, two new bathrooms, new kitchen, etc. Building, electrical and decorating work was first class, and the finish was excellent. Only reason this review isn't 5* is that their plumber at the time let the rest of the team down - although I gather he is no longer working for the company! However Jeremy was exceptionally helpful and easy to work with and did everything he could to put problems right, which was very welcome, so I would definitely recommend and would certainly use Clearly again.

A very friendly professional firm with quality craftsman. They renovated my entire house in Clapham - this included structural, plumbing, electrical and redecoration work. I was particularly impressed by their idea of adding skylights to bedrooms, which provided much more light and made the rooms feel much bigger. Jeremy and his wife, who run the company, are particularly charming and we have since stayed in touch.

Jeremy's team did a full gut, extension and refurbishment of our house in 2012, including a basement dig. Everything went according to plan, finished on time and the build quality was excellent. You want to make sure you have a detailed scope of works because extras are expensive. I wouldn't hesitate in recommening Clearly Renovations if you want a top quality job.

We asked Clearly to build an extension for our house in SW London. They were absolutely sensational. Not only is the finished product beyond expectations, their professionalism, fairness and good communication through the project made the whole build a lot less stressful than it could have been. I was recommended to Clearly renovations by an AV contractor that I was considering using for the complete rebuild and refurbishment of my apartment. The job was not without it's problems as the flat is a lateral development situated over two clothes shops on a very busy market street that trades 7 days a week ( and obviously had to continue trading throughout,unhindered ) it's also in a conservation area with all the added pressures that ensued. From day one I found Jeremy and his team helpful and conscientious .There were a myriad of problems that manifested over the project but all were handled with professionalism and aplomb. I have been back in the apartment a year now and again the few snagging problems have been sorted out with minimum fuss.I could not recommend this company more highly and would certainly use them again.
