If I could give no stars I would. Took deposit and only ordered a portion of my coverings. What I did get,I had to find an installer despite the fact that the cost was to include installation. Had to pay someone else to order and install the remainder of my window coverings. Will not refund any of my deposit, even though they did not earn it all. Contacted franchisor and they would not help.

I used Gotcha Covered for custom window shutters for my entire home. I could not be more pleased! Owner Cliff knew his product, was very nice to work with. He helped with my selection based on the look we discussed, and the budget I wanted to stay with. When it came to install, they were prompt, the team respected my home and overall fun to have in my home. I plan to continue to work with Gotcha Covered for other custom work in my home.

Cliff Oberg has an impressive selection of window treatments and great ideas on how to use them in your design. He is prompt, delivers great products on time, and makes sure everything is right when delivered and installed. I'd recommend him highly!

Cliff was very easy to work with. When discussing options, he answered questions and made suggestions. He promptly returned phone calls and would call to let you know if he was running late.

Great experience from start to finish. Found cheaper shutters but the quality was not there. Cliff had many brands to choose from and was professional and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend Gotcha Covered!

Great service, love our new shutters! Cliff came out, measured and showed us a variety of options. When we made our decision and the shutters arrived, he and his installation guy promptly put them in in just one morning.

Cliff was absolutely wonderful! He was curteous and always on time and kept in touch with me about my order. Even when something was on back order he told me and kept me updated. My home looks beautiful all thanks to Cliff!

We recently worked with Cliff Oberg from Gotcha Covered to solve our sun issue on our lanai. He suggested some ideas and should us samples. Service was great and installation was quick. We know have a comfortable space in our lanai during sunset.

Cliff Oberg with Gotcha Covered came to our home to help us decide what to do about replacing our existing blinds on two windows and a patio door in our living room. He showed up on time with plenty of designs to show us and recommendations. He was dressed in a professional manner and handled himself the same. We ordered what he recommended and when they came in, he came to install them, taking only a couple of hours and we couldn't be happier. They look beautiful! I would recommend Cliff to my friends, relatives and definitely my neighbors, who were jealous when they saw them. We would call Cliff with any other window decorations in the future.
