I am approaching 6 years after a major addition and remodel, total price over 400K. I most assuredly warn you about this company. What brought about this late review you may ask? My entire upstairs shower they installed has failed, leaking into the house below. Will require 100% rip out of all the custom tile and enormous expense (again). As I've learned over time from the professionals I've had to come back and fix the heater/AC, the water heaters, and the plumbing, much of it was done wrong. The floors are not level and are worse with time. Even some windows now won't open. I feel entirely ripped off and urge you to look elsewhere.

Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs or it will cost you dearly. CPR is led by a disorganized, self-dealing, dishonest contractor who uses cheap labor and supplies, if you are not careful, on very nice homes. They often over promise and under deliver using a fixed price contract that seems too good to be true. We hired them to perform a contract in July 2013 that was supposed to take 3 to 4 months and yet it is 2016, and it remains unfinished. When you request service or price adjustments, all you receive are lies and empty promises.

Creative Property Restoration was the best to work with. We renovated our entire home and they did an excellent job throughout the whole process from planning to completion. Stephen McNeil and his staff were always available and supportive through each stage of project. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing a contractor for their home renovation. I will use them again if needed.

Kommenteret: Backyard is adjoining our neighbors and we can't put up a fenceHow do you feel about bamboo? It's gorgeous, hardy, and provides a great barrier for privacy due to it's height and the closeness of the stalks.

Kommenteret: Baseboard trim -- quarter round yes or no?Our vote is for the quarter round! It really finishes the baseboard and, as someone pointed out, prevents some bumps and scratches from occurring on the baseboard.
