The practice is based in South London with the majority of projects within the M25, and a variety of other projects around the UK. The practice also has several international projects. Being based in London and surrounded by historic buildings, the team at Croft has gained significant expertise in the renovation of historic period properties and are leaders in the field of renovation. The practice has the knowledge to transform older buildings to their former pride. We happily take on small domestic projects in our London area. Croft has extensive basement knowledge. In the last five years we have completed over 300 basement projects. We are considered experts in this field. We provide design advice to several of the large basement companies and also help neighbours with secondary advice when works are happening next door. Croft has vast experience and knowledge of working with the Local authorities providing Basement Impact Assessment (BIA). We have developed a comprehensive reporting process which is continually evolving to meet with each Council’s planning requirements. Croft maintains a high level of design insurance.
