WOW! My counters and floors just lacked luster and were dull and scratched - my shower tiles could never get cleaned with typical store bought cleaner - now my bathrooms look like new!. CSI Team delivered. And in these Covid days, I was able to send pictures & Cesar sent a VERY detailed video with his recommendations. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and hired CSI immediately. Teri was super easy to schedule with and answered all questions regarding the estimate. The technicians that came, Angel & Saul were awesome. On time, put down tarps for their equipment, confirmed all the work when they arrived & called for me when it was time to polish to determine if I wanted more or less shine. I'm attaching pictures but they do not do justice to the level of work this crew put into their job. Would highly recommend.

We applied Bona Polish to our stone and tile floors instead of Bona Cleaner by mistake. The result was a "hot mess" and we really needed professional help to restore our foyer and master bathroom and dressing room floors to their original beauty. CSI was responsive, helpful, professional, polite, on time, and accurate in their quote with no surprises. The floors were brought back to their original state. And since we were having them out to the house, we also had our master bathroom shower stall deep cleaned with some grout replacement where needed. Terrific experience with expert results. HIghly recommend CSI and would use them again.

I did not get any work done by CSI but will in the future when needed. During the estimation process Cesar provided me some pointers on how to improve the look of my kitchen marble counter top myself and suggested I wait before refinishing my marble. I greatly appreciate the honesty and will not hesitate in the future to use CSI services in the future.

We asked them to re-do grout in 3 showers and clean and seal one of the showers that contained natural stone. Even though the nature stone could not be restored, that was known to be a possibility upfront. The workers were on-time, explained everything to me, and performed stellar work.

What an awesome team! Super professional, quality work and great customer service. CSI came in and out seamlessly (which is important since we are a busy business), completed the job in great time and made our Winter-stained carpet look like new again. Machinery was quiet enough as not to interfere with ongoing therapy sessions. Additionally, the staff was really easy to work with and comfortably pleasant to speak with. They listened carefully to the problem areas and were able to produce exactly what was needed. We were able to extend the life of one of our family-lounge carpets nearly an entire year. I certainly do recommend CSI's services.

CSI is great. My husband and I decided it was time to do something with our two bathrooms. Both bathrooms really need some work. Both the counters were marble and we also needed some re-caulking and tile & grout cleaning. Our marble counters were a mess, and they did a great job with those, they were literally gleaming. The tile floors were like brand new looking and the tubs looked so clean. They really did a good job. Very nice and professional.

I live in Elmhurst, IL. I contacted CSI through email with very little knowledge of what exactly I need to have done to my foyer and bathroom floors. The customer service was very honest, helpful and explained the process well & scheduled me for a free estimate. The first thing I noticed is that the estimator put on booties, which I thought was great. He was very friendly and professional. I just purchased this home and really had know idea what kind of stone i had on the floors or how to maintain them. He immediately was able to identify the stone, was very honest about what they would be able to do, how long it would take and even took pictures. In less than 24 hours, I had an estimate emailed to me and the job scheduled 1 week later. The crew was great. They work very hard to make the floors look good. They were old and not very well maintained by the original owner of the home, so they proposed some challenges. My floors look amazing!!!!!!!!! The service was great from start to finish - very impressed.

I hired CSI to clean and polish my limestone bathroom floor, limestone shower walls and floor, and my double marble vanity. I had staining and dull marks on my floor and counter tops, and I was not sure if they can be removed. I bought a few different cleaners online, and at the home centers, but nothing worked. My wife and I were debating if we had to replace the materials. Thankfully one of the parents from our cheerleader group recommended CSI. I called them, and scheduled an estimate. Cesar came out, explained and educated me on natural stone. He reassured me that his team can take care of the issue. Shortly after I received my estimate with scopes of work. This company is very professional. I received a service appointment email. And although the service team was running late due to traffic, they were courteous enough to call me and let me know they were on their way. All in all, I was very pleased with the final results. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I was well informed from start to finish. I highly recommend using CSI.

I have Travertine in the kitchen and Limestone in my bathroom. They were looking pretty dull. I don't have any flaws in my Travertine or Limestone. It just needed some major polishing. The holidays are coming up (get-togethers, parties, family and friends visiting, etc) so, I did what anyone in need of service does - jump online! I found these guys, read the reviews, checked out their website, called to schedule, and was thrilled I got an appointment last week. Teri (forgive me if I spelled that wrong) was so friendly and helpful. I felt she asked me the right questions about what I needed and even a few I never thought of. I received an email notification afterwards with detailed info regarding the work that would be done as well as the names of my service guy. The day of my appointment, I get a call from Walter to let me know that he's on his way. He was on time. He was so polite, professional, knew what he was doing, answered all my questions regarding cleaning & maintaining natural stone, they use green products, and the good experience just kept on going. My kitchen and bathroom shine and sparkles like a showroom! I am now a repeat customer and highly recommend them. Schedule early though, because he also told me they're booking up fast.

From the moment I contacted CSI, they were a pleasure to work with. They were easy to contact, the lady that answered my call seemed very kind and genuine. The young man that visited me for my Estimate was very knowledgeable and made it a point to address my concerns and not try to sell me something I didn't need. This alone was a breath of fresh air since I have unfortunately had bad experiences before with plumbers. I thought the quote was fair, had the service performed and I must say, I am thrilled with the results of my Marble Foyer. I will definitely be using CSI again in the future.
