Dina Marie Joy

I hired Dina Marie Joy to remodel and upgrade my vacation rental property in Fresno CA. Immediately after the initial consultation, I was very impressed with Dina's knowledge and expertise of design concepts, color trends and market changes relative to style what's hot and what's not. The project turned out fantastic. I am very pleased with the results. I get a lot of complements on this rental property from guests.

Dina is a great communicator, and very conscientious. I've hired her to help me with several projects in the Bay Area. She always shows up on time, is professional, and offers great ideas to help the project along. She's good at thinking on her feet, such as having to whip out a master closet design on short notice. She's also good at multi-tasking, as I've had her doing several completely different things, all in a short time frame. She's comfortable with sketching, shopping, meeting clients, trekking through dirt in the hills of Oakland, or whatever you need her to do! [That was for a new house build we're working on]. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again, that's for sure!

Dina helped me decorate my new home in time for my family to visit me for the holidays. She was insightful, full of ideas, understood my taste and needs, fun to work with and kept the project within budget. I would recommend her to anyone.
