I cannot express how happy I am to have chosen Dom to do my first floor remodel! His workmanship was way beyond my expectations. He did a great job of managing the sub-contractors and was also very hands on, doing much of the detailed trim work himself. He truly took pride in the product he delivered. Dom is also very responsive and a good communicator. He provided an estimate, kept me appraised if there were issues that impacted that initial estimate and was fair and honest in all our interactions. I especially appreciated his creative approach to problems that came up as we worked on the project. He offered suggestions (without pressure) that dramatically improved our final results. I now have the dream kitchen I've always dreamed of and it flows beautifully into the rest of our first floor. I cannot wait to use him next year to do improvements on my second floor!

Domenic Covarelli was hired to help remodel my townhome. He completely gutted the kitchen and three bathrooms, with a budget of $500k. Simply put, he is a rare talent in a very saturated industry. Not only was he extremely professional to work with, but he is amazing at his craft and has a visible passion for what he does. Working with him was an absolute joy and his ability to create is unmatched. He was able to provide artistic, timeless ideas, that I would have never thought of otherwise. I cannot recommend Covarelli Construction enough.

This project had it all from a contractor's perspective. Great people as clients, clients with creativity and knowing what they want but who are also open to new ideas, a clean canvas that made the creativity process and construction so much easier and rewarding. Marie and Steve were amazing to work with and I am looking forward to future projects with them. Repeat clients are the ultimate compliment for my business.
Plus, their dog Oreo is now one of my best friends on the planet!! LOL

precision cabinets

I have worked with Dominic for over 15 yrs as one of his subs, All of his clients that I have worked with on his jobs speak very highly of him and his jobs go very smooth on his end he is runs a tight ship and is always ready when he said he will be. I have been doing cabinets for over 25 yrs and he is one of my best contractors and would recommend him to any of my homeowners looking for a contractor.

Joseph & Carrie Pratt

Dom was a perfect fit for our extensive home remodel project. (We gutted one entire floor, moved and put in a new kitchen, added a laundry room, remodeled three bathrooms, and installed a pop-up window and massive slider doors.) He started in the very beginning phases of our project and took charge and ownership in working with the architect and designer to bring us all to our final design. (No small feat!) He is very professional but at the same time very personable. His vast experience is obvious and was extremely valuable when it came to creative solutions, particularly in trying to retrofit old with the new. And he was also very detailed oriented. He took care of everything- from scheduling the porta-potty to installation of our 12' floor to ceiling slider window doors. We highly recommend Dom.

Dom transformed our rancher home into a fresh, comfortable, customized space for our family. He guided us through construction and style options with helpful perspectives on what to prioritize to keep costs reasonable while achieving our goals. "Wow, this is an amazing kitchen!" is what we hear when our friends and family first see our newly remodeled kitchen. And we owe the compliment to Domenic Covarelli and Covarelli Construction crew. Our project was a complete kitchen remodel with layout changes, moving walls, water and gas lines. It also included custom cabinets, custom granite installations, extensive electrical rework as well as remodeling the adjacent bar area attached to the family room. The whole project was completed in less than 3 months, on schedule and as promised. Domenic was always one step ahead thinking and planning the next task. We enjoyed working with him and we are absolutely enjoying our amazing kitchen!

Domenic Covarelli of Covarelli Construction was our general contractor for our kitchen remodel and pantry addition. They rebuilt our kitchen from bare walls and subfloor. Domenic hired and managed our subcontractors including Davis Plumbing and Tice Valley Electric. Covarelli Construction installed our windows, cabinets, appliances, doors in our kitchen, pantry and exterior garage door and did all moulding and finish work. In addition, they constructed our pantry, which included foundation, walls, roofing and interior finish work. We found Dom Covarelli, his employees and subcontractors to be very easy to work with, friendly and efficient. All of the work was done in a timely manner. And the job site was neat and organized at all times. We would definitely use them again in the future! Randy and Amy Davis

It's hard to imagine any other contractor delivering the level of effort, expertise, heart and creativity than Dominic Covarelli. It is apparent in how he approaches a job, the team he brings and his personal investment. We collaborated on the design from inception to completion. They say "a picture paints a thousand words." Via Houzz, we shared pictures to ensure our communication was in sync and the desired outcome was delivered. His knowledge of current trends, materials and options from a budgeting perspective is a value add. Working with Dom, his crew and subs was a rewarding and fulfilling experience. We took a house that was partially remodeled, build an addition and effectively updated every room in the house, all while living in it. I cannot say enough good things about the project and highly recommend using Covarelli Construction to realize your dream home.
