I worked with Dave Doran from Doran Custom Design Inc. in remodeling my condo kitchen. Dave and his team were able to maximize the space in the kitchen to give me more storage and counter space (and beauty) than I had thought possible. All renovations cause a bit of disruption to the 'normal' pace of life, but Dave did an excellent job of minimizing the disruption and stress that often accompany a renovation. The project started on-time and finished on -time - critical elements for me in planning a successful home reno project. As equally important, the project came in on budget. Dave and his team have a depth of experience in construction and renos which I was able to tap into as the kitchen reno progressed. Dave and his crew were able to offer suggestions for the unexpected situations that often occur with any reno (you don't always know what's behind a wall until it's exposed!). These suggestions or alternative courses of action made the overall kitchen design stronger.
