Duckham Architecture & Interiors is a Needham based firm specializing in architecture and interior design for custom residences. Since our inception in 1996, we have designed homes that reflect our reverence for traditional architecture and our committment to creating a collaborative working relationship with our clients. Our architecture and interior design practices are centered around the philosophy that successful living spaces combine a focus on richly articulated detail and an in-depth knowledge of quality construction techniques. The architectural design team is lead by Kent Duckham, Principal. Kent’s leadership and experience is evident in all aspects of the home design and building process. The interior design team is lead by Alina Duckham, who brings sophisticated design and classic style to both collaborative and independent projects.

When I did a major renovation my own I didn't hesitate to hire Kent Duckham. He has an endless amount of talent and patience. I am delighted with the renovation!

Kommenteret: What type of cedar.. Alaskan yellow, white etc.. Roof gorgeous thanksTypically, we use white cedar shingles and occasionally will spec them as predipped if the owner wants a color.

Kommenteret: The cabinets look grey. What is the paint color?I think that is just a product of the photo. They are an off white color. The owner has the exact color they chose.

Kommenteret: WHat type of shingle did you use and what stain color?These are cedar shingles. They naturally weather to this grey color if left alone. You can get pre-dipped shingles which will maintain their color for a lot longer. Stain is possible but needs to b...

Kommenteret: Who makes that beautiful window over the front door? Love the grille!It is likely a Marvin custom unit. Most manufacturers will make a half round window and the muntins can be specified as you like them.
