Environment Masters

My reason for trying this company was a 25 dollar off coupon. $240 dollars later I realized my mistake. I originally called Env Masters and was told I would be charged 98 plus parts which I agreed to, but the resulting bill was $240 since there were two other "flat fees" per problem reported. The 2nd easy problem would have cost me $5 at Lowes plus my time to fix so I would never have approved the $85 fee ahead of time. Called and talked to the manager and he said yes the invoice was right and he would not help. The employee that made repairs was easy to deal with and did exactly what was asked so no complaint there, but this was a bait and switch deal.

Very professional; on time; courteous. We have done business with this company for over 20 years. Service and professionalism has always been great.

Air not cooling and they came out the same day. Called before they came so we could get home to meet them. Waylon Martin was helpful and answered our questions and identified our problem. We signed up with a service agreement so we can find issues before they happen. Very reliable and honest company.

Environment Masters is the best! They service my Plumbing and heating and air needs. This company is as concerned about my bottom line as I am. They aren’t always trying to sell something. If they can repair it they do but if not they discuss my options. They are honest and have integrity. I can’t say enough good things about Environment Masters! I TOTALLY trust them.

Environment Masters is number one. From the moment you call them for service until the van leaves your driveway, you have complete confidence in this company. I wish they could come every week because when they left my house it was clearer before they arrived!! The plumbing department installed a Chief water system. My glasses are actually clean when i remove them from the dishwasher. My water no longer smells. You can fill up the bathtub and see pure clear water!!!!!!! It's a miracle. The service men were incredibly nice. I would recommend Environment Masters to everyone.

I can't say enough good things about Environment Masters and Chief water filters. We had our filter installed in February of this year and have been so pleased. Not only does the water taste so much better but my dishes in the dishwasher and my clothes in the washer are cleaner. I no longer have hard water rings around my toilet bowl and even my steam iron is build up free. The technicians that came out and installed our filter system were very professional and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up so well behind themselves that you couldn't ever tell they had even been there. I would recommend Environment Masters to my family and friends....in fact I did and my in laws used them to install a Chief water system and a new A/C unit this year.
