Erich represents the third-generation of his family's heritage in the construction industry. Based upon his 30 years of experience working in several different types of construction environments (Commercial High-Rise, Manufacturing, Industrial, Healthcare, Custom Residential, and Seniors' Living), Erich brings a wealth of practical knowledge and hands-on expertise to each project. Having personally managed projects whose respective values ranged anywhere from over $250 million dollars to only a few hundred dollars, Erich is skilled at overseeing construction activities of nearly all scopes and sizes.
Erich is an Inter-Provincially Licensed Carpenter and a Registered Construction Superintendent.
In addition, Erich works closely with Lucinda Harp Design. Lucinda who has practiced her trade for over 45 years. She is well versed in every aspect of design. She has a well established network of suppliers, tradesmen, and artists who contribute to her unique designs. Her colour blocking technique uniformly creates a timeless warm ambience in all her projects. Ms Harp can adapt to re-purposing, renovations and/or new construction, specifically providing design drawings, sourcing, providing samples, producing sample boards, compiling tender documents for pricing, to managing installations. She delivers a turnkey project down to the last detail. Lucinda has worked on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects that showcase her creativity and flexibility.
