We had hoped for a positive experience when working with Everman due to all the planning and details both parties put into the design, however, we got the complete opposite. A project that was to last 10-12 working days turned into 3.5 months. Everman chose to make changes to the agreed-upon design and executed contract without discussing them with us and we constantly had to ask for things to be fully completed that we had already paid for. The working schedule seemed to be a few hours here and there, a few days here and there then a span of time without showing up at all. We ended up removing items from the agreement to get this project to completion. We plan to finish a few ourselves and hire another contractor to complete/fix the work that was done. Overall, the work had poor quality/craftsmanship and was an overall unpleasant experience working with Everman. I would not recommend this contractor. If you do I would put every single detail in the signed agreement and also not pay until he is 100% complete with items in the pay schedule. The list could go on and on with the details of the disappointments we have experienced working with Isiah and Everman Design.

Project took 1 year to complete. The workers only came once or twice a week for 4-6 hours at a time. Project cost was more then $130k. Many mistakes were made, poor workmanship. His contractors had trouble performing basic construction. I had to spend time showing them personally how to fix many of their problems. We paid the amount quoted by Isaiah and did not haggle. At the end, he told us we did not pay enough $ for him to do a quality job and that is why there were so many problems.

Still on my project after more than 6 months I have several issues with the work. I’ll have to have a company come in and fix things once they leave. I ask him about the quality of the work and he tells me is “suppose to be like that” I honestly think he don’t have a clue of what he is doing. I would not recommend for any build of any kind!

Everman Designs made our landscaping look beautiful again. They were very professional and quickly revamped our landscaping. Definitely recommend them for your landscaping needs!

Isaiah has designed and implemented several projects for us. Hardscape features have included stone patio, retaining wall, steps, and arbor. After several large trees fell and damaged our garage and landscape, he created a haven of beauty and privacy in our backyard. He does excellent work, is reliable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We give him our highest recommendation.
