I can't say enough about our wonderful experience with FlooringMaster. We absolutely LOVE our new floors. The installers (John and his team) were so professional and meticulous in their work. Dan and Evan (sales & customer service) were also a joy to work with. Installing hardwood floors is a big investment and we are so happy we found FlooringMaster and made the decision to go with them after getting several quotes and reading their reviews. They don't disappoint and i will be using them again when we remodel our bathrooms.

Camilo installed hardwood floors in my kitchen, family room, dining room, and bedroom. He and his crew took good care of covering everything to avoid dirt and dust. They were always good on time, always kept his appointment, and the crew always showed up when scheduled. Having had a lot of workers come in and out of my home, his crew was always the best and he would always accommodate us. When I had to get off late he would come after hours. Camilo went above and beyond. He's already gotten a couple of jobs from me and I will keep recommending him.

Out with the old in with the new! Camilo replaced all of the carpet in my house and all of the tile. Fantastic to work with, took me to different warehouses because the tile I wanted was discontinued and he was great. The carpet faded (not Camilo's fault) and so he contacted the company (Mohawk) for me and is going to take care of it. Camilo stepped up during this unfortunate incident and I didn't have to do anything! He is always on time and easy to reach. When they replaced my floors the first time everything was on time. The tile that I wanted was discontinued and he called in all over the place for me. Camilo does what he says he is going to do and I would definitely recommend him.

Flooring Master replaced the carpet in my master bedroom. They were absolutely great and everything about it was a great experience. Their people were courteous, salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, and the installers were very nice people. They did a good job moving the furniture and putting it back after everything was finished. Everything was cleaned up very well. I would absolutely recommend Flooring Master.

I hired Flooring Master to do the carpet in my house in September. They did a really good job and had a fast response time. They came out as scheduled and did a great job installing the carpet. Good follow up after the job was complete and they were also priced very well! I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to family and friends.
