I was impressed with this flooring store the moment I walked in. The service I received from Paul was amazing, the installation guys were great and I love our new basement flooring. The installers showed up when they said they would, they were very tidy and super efficient. I received a follow up call from Paul to make sure I was happy with everything and the price was excellent. I actually stopped off today to get two more rooms done and again was impressed with the service! Gold star to you guys!

As a flooring contractor, I always send my clients to Carpet Superstore. The sales team can always get the best price for the customer and they are respectful and courteous. They have the best selection of carpet,Lino,vinyl plank, and laminate/hardwood.

I would definitely recommend carpet superstore to anyone building or renovating a home. Their selection of product is amazing as well as their customer service. We dealt with Clayton and he was very attentive and understanding to our needs. There were a couple of times where we needed extra tile and he was able to get it for us ASAP so as not to delay the work being done in our home. We are extremely happy with the tile and carpet we purchased. Thank you again Carpet Superstore for your quality product and support during our reno!
