I'm not sure even where to begin. Frank, Dave, & Rod being the main players on this construction were all fantastic to work with. The attention they gave us, and to the project were second to none. The exterior and the interior are equally spectacular. The hickory kitchen cabinets are a work of art and the space and layout make it amazing kitchen to work in. The fact that all our wood flooring actually came from the oak, ash and maple trees from our own yard is incredible! The openness it gave our new home never ceases to amaze us. It still seems unbelievable to me every morning to get up and say, 'is this really our house!' We couldn't be more pleased with Martin Design, Hedrick Design, & Nordby Construction. They made a great team!!! Couldn't be more pleased!!!!!

We are happy with the work they did to our kitchen. It is lovely and looks like Edina home kitchen my sister will say hahaha. I should have budgeted for extra payment, but I did not and got mad at them for my mistake. Frank was patient with us and that was nice of him. At the end it all worked out with Franks designing and ours. I am Thankful to God the Father for a new kitchen, it flows well when you cook.

Frank is a true professional! We appreciated his attention to detail - from the small items to the complete picture. His knowledge in every step of the project was appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him - we love our kitchen!

We (My wife and I) were really please with Frank Martin's design skills and attention to details, and he has very good connections to everyone we needed to help with our project, a build of a new kitchen ADA bath and front room in our attached garage as well a conversion of our existing kitchen into a first floor laundry.The one thing that stood out for us was how well Frank listens to what you have in mind then comes back with alternatives to accomplish what you want. he also pays a lot of attention to details and worked really well with my wife on small but important details with the colors, cabinetry options, lighting and flooring. We recommend Frank to anyone who wants help bring your ideas to reality and wants to work with someone who listens to what you want instead of just showing you what the ylike to do.

My first remodel 10 years ago, with Frank and Co, was my kitchen, laundry room, mud room and front entry of our home. The design and quality of the work was beautiful so when my master bath needed its long over due update I called on Frank. It was nice to have people in my home that were friendly, I could trust and who's workmanship I knew would be excellent. The contractor that Frank choose for my project I knew from our previous work and that was the perfect choice. While some of my own selections brought the budget up, Frank worked with me initally to get an estimate that was in my ball park. As in any remodel there are surprises once the walls were opened up and previous construction found to be subpar, but Dave, the general contractor, was an incredible problem solver. I was lucky to have him on the job. Every time I walk in the bathroom it makes me happy - it turned out beautiful. Thank you Frank and Co.!

We've used Frank for multiple projects in multiple homes. He is a true craftsman, and genuinely cares that the finished product meets our needs. He does beautiful work.

We are very please with our recent master bathroom remodel. Martin Designs was thorough and attentive to details. They and the contractor were very professional and easy to work with. We would recommend them to others and will hire them for our next project.

WE hired frank to come in and design a new kitchen for us. He spent many hours designing a kitchen that we both fell in love with and still love to this day. He truly is a great kitchen designer. We had talked to several others that weren't interested due to our proposed budget. Some just wanted to update what we had with no thought as to how to make the kitchen more functional. Frank came back with 3 design options, he was easy to work with and the kitchen is still beautiful as of today. 6/27/16. Would use him again as a designer.

Frank was a pleasure to work with. He listened carefully to our needs, assisted us in making choices, when needed, and responded promptly to any concerns. His work is of the very highest quality.

My husband and I very much enjoyed working with Frank Martin. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, accommodating, and very friendly/pleasant. The one problem that we encountered, Frank dealt with immediately and the deadline was met. Any issues that have arisen since the completion of our project (a broken floor tile, window trim issue), I have contacted Frank and he has responded immediately to our need. Frank is great and I would not hesitate to contact him again!

Frank designed and built two rooms for us that we are extremely happy with. In 2004 he remodeled our kitchen with custom built cabinets made from recycled old froth Douglas fir. They are totally beautiful and still look brand new. He had to design a kitchen in a small difficult space but he pulled it off and the kitchen is lovely and very usable. Last year he remodeled our ugly bathroom. The result is gorgeous! Using antique light fixtures to start with hedesigned a unique Art Deco room to fit into our 1930's home. The centerpiece is a back lit onyx countertop that glos from below. We are totally pleased with both projects.
