Garet was amazing! He was able to design the house as we described along with added touches that we never thought of. His subs were timely, professional and also added input making the house even more enjoyable. We love our house and would highly recommend Grosenbacher Custom Homes to anyone. It has been over two years since the house was completed and Garet still occasionally calls to check on the home.

We interviewed several of the Hill Country area's custom builders before making our decision. From the first meeting there was something different about the Grosenbacher's that made us feel like they were people with integrity, honesty, and had great Christian values. This was our first (and only) custom home, so we had a huge learning curve and a ton of questions. In the initial visits it was clear that we were going to get our questions answered, and they were willing to teach us all the ins and outs of building a quality custom home. Garet & Gavin were always available to talk and help us understand the process. Phone call, text or email, they were both there for us at any time of the day. They have great values, very professional and are truly honest Christian men with great work ethic. We highly recommend them without reservation.

Had them build a custom home in 2013, was very pleased with the quality of the build, but as importantly the quality of the builder. Garet was knowledgable and a very good communicator. He made a great effort to keep us in the loop and was determined to build the house the way we wanted. There were very few differences of opinion and those were resolved without rancor and in a professional manner. He was more determined to stay in budget than we were and came in about 3% over mostly due to requested upgrades by us . Had him come back last year and add another building. A good experience all around.

When it came time for my wife and I to build our retirement home here in Texas we interviewed three different builders. The brother team of Gavin and Garet Grosenbacher immediately stood out. Their down to earth manner, flexibility, willingness to help control costs and sense of humor put them at the top of the list. They took us to see a home they had built for a former client, giving us the opportunity to see the quality of their work and ask questions of the owner. Garet was our primary contact. He was a pleasure to work with during the building process and continued to provide rapid customer service on the few fit and finish items that appeared after moving in. He never failed to make suggestions that could save us money and directed us to suppliers whose pricing was most favorable. Grosenbacher builders made the entire building process comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend Grosenbacher builders to anyone interested in building a quality custom home.

We have been in our home ten years since Grosenbacher Custom Homes built it from drawings prepared by our architect. We have never had any issues with the construction over the years. Gavin Grosenbacher still gets back to us promptly should we have any questions about maintaining our home to the same standards that they initially built. We are very pleased with our home after all these years. He was very accommodating during construction, listened well, and made us feel this was his home. He delivered what he promised.
