Extremely disappointed. This company was recommended to me by several people who all said good things about the customer service and product. Imagine my surprise when my experience was absolutely atrocious. An employee came to our apartment, took measurements and listened to our preferences. We requested a quote for a few different options, preferring a faux wood or composite material, something durable because we have cats. Nothing out of the ordinary (we thought). Two days later we received a very vague email stating: "We will not be able to provide a product that will meet your complete satisfaction. I must therefore decline the opportunity to provide a quote for your project." We then requested a quote just for basic blinds. The owner (over the phone) told us she was too busy to serve us and was booked for the whole summer. We told her this was fine because we were looking to replace everything in September. She said she was too busy then too and that she couldn't help us. I’m truly disappointed as I want to support a local business and was looking forward to spending money with this company. We don’t understand why they would take the time to send an employee to measure every window in our apartment and then say they don’t have time to give a quote. I will never recommend “Get Custom Blinds & Shutters” to anyone. Look elsewhere if you want window coverings. Truly awful, horrible experience.

Great service from the initial quote to the installation. Installers were efficient and paid attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company.

Don and Lori are the definition of professionalism and customer service. Their knowledge on which style of blind to use is very helpful when it comes to making choice's. Their ability to meet deadlines and budgets is bar none. You can tell that their customer is very important to them not only during the choosing and installing of the blinds but they also take care of their customer after the work is complete when adjustments might need to be done.
