Gustavo was great to work with and helped us transform our minimal ideas into a "wow" design that won a 2019 Rex Award from the Master Builders Association. Now we get to enjoyed the excellent results on a daily basis! (See the before and after pictures below)

Gustavo is an outstanding architect, and working with Gustavo was a pleasure - he is a true professional. I had an original ideal of what I wanted for the layout of my custom view home in West Seattle, but Gustavo took my concepts to an entirely new level - efficiently capturing the views and aesthetics of the site in his layout. Gustavo brought energy, vision, and expertise to my project and his vision for layout, flow, and open design are outstanding. Gustavo was easy to work with - enjoyable, flexible, and readily available to me, and I was continually impressed with Gustavo's ability to quickly solve design issues with creative ideas, while getting me from concept to permit in a short period of time.

I have over 45 years of construction experience as a carpenter and a commercial construction project manager. I have also worked with most major architectural firms in the Seattle Area. From the start of my project to the finish PRDG and Gustavo in particular are rock stars. The communication and follow through could not have been better. Design suggestions by PRDG to my wife and I were spot saving construction time and money. I could not be more pleased with their service. The one "addition" project has led me to bring PRDG back for two additional new construction projects for 2019. I am very pleased.

Gustavo is a true artist, thoughtful and a joy to work with. He transformed our house from an outdated 1950’s home (think Brady bunch) to a bright, stylish, practice and wonderful family home. He’s easy to work with and passionate.

Gustavo of PRDG helped us update and redesign what was a constricted 1917 house and gave it a very comfortable open living plan. We are very happy in our home, and people who visit say that it has a peacful interior. It was a pleasure working with Gustavo. He is personable, thoughtful, thorough, and professional. He found all the resources and engineers we needed to get the project off the ground. I would highly recommend him for a remodel like ours and for new contemporary structures. We’ve seen all of PRDG’s work and it’s elegant and amazing.

Sometimes he followed what suggestions we made and sometimes he made a different siggestion that was usually better than our idea. We worked with Gustavo Penengo at PRDG and couldn’t be happier with the relationship, process, and results. Our project was an addition of a family room and master suite onto a 100+year house, where we wanted to have old style charm married with a modern decorating style. We had ideas and examples of things we liked, which Gustavo willingly heard all of. What we really enjoyed was how collaborative he was – he took our wish list and decorating ideas, and elevated it beyond what we could have envisioned.
