I came to Hamilton Building Supply specifically for kitchen cabinetry. I had spoken with a few contractors and some recommended the big box stores but I didn't feel comfortable about the product's quality they were recommending. I easily made an appointment with one of their designers and gave her the measurements of the kitchen prior to our meeting. When I walked in the door, the designer had a suggested layout and potential options ready for me! She spent over an hour looking at cabinets, molding, door styles and colors.... I felt educated and never rushed. Once we were ready to order, the designer came out to meet with the contractor and I for final measurement validation and review the smaller details for installation. From design, to purchase, to delivery the process was communicated well and efficient. After our installation I wanted to order additional products and needed to make a small change to a cabinet, the company was very helpful on both and all items were delivered to my home in a timely fashion. I actually am excited about another home renovation project thanks to HBS, and look forward to working with them again.

We were thrilled with Hamilton Building Supply and Susan White’s work. She had strong attention to detail and creative problem solving when it came to designing /remodeling our kitchen and family room space. We walked into Hamilton Supply and as soon as we met Susan we knew she was the one for us. Her design tips were on point and she she had many helpful tips. Susan was a great partner on our kitchen project and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to remodel a kitchen.

The process from our first design meeting to the finished kitchen has been enjoyable. No one likes being displaced, which we were for over six weeks, so saying the process was enjoyable might sound strange. Susan White, the HBS designer, and Alex Brown, the contractor, both stayed in touch through the entire kitchen tear out and remodel. There was never a time when we could not reach them to get their advice. We especially liked the design piece of the project that resulted in a great mix of drawers and smaller and larger cabinets. Products arrived on time, so at no time was the project stalled. I recommend HBS highly.

Princeton Design Collaborative

As a standard on our projects we specify Marvin and Marvin Integrity windows and doors for residential projects. The premier supplier in central NJ is Hamilton Building Supply and we deal exclusively with Jay Kravitz, their Marvin Window & Door Specialist. Jay is extremely knowledgeable about Marvin Products and very responsive to our questions. Jay has been instrumental in assisting us with budgets and educating our clients on why Marvin products add value and comfort to their homes. We have just recently finished a project with Hamilton Supply where a complication occurred with the order, which Jay was able to resolve it effortlessly. Jay handled this so well that if you asked our client about it, they would say “what complication”. This is a true example of an experienced team at work. Without hesitation, we would recommend Jay Kravitz at Hamilton Supply for all your Marvin Window and Door needs.

Mary & the team at HBS did a fantastic job helping us design our dream kitchen. The finished product exceeded all of my expectations. Mary was very easy to work with & scheduling was not a problem.

Our kitchen was just remodeled by HBS. I am in LOVE with the end result. Everything came together so nicely and we couldn't have asked for a better designer in Mary. Even when she was on vacation, she stayed in touch with us to resolve manufacturers defects with our cabinets. In short, my kitchen looks like something from hgtv (the after pictures) thanks to them!

We've been dealing with Hamilton Supply for over a year on several home improvement projects. In 2016 it was a kitchen remodel where we worked with a very knowledgeable and patient Mary Kendrick to get exactly the kitchen cabinets and countertops we wanted. She coordinated the purchase and delivery and Installation by a preferred contractor went off without a hitch. All-in-all a good experience. Currently, we're working with Joe Hendershot and the same preferred contractor on a new front door and sidelites and hardware. Joe also was very patient and worked with us to get exactly the door we wanted, had it stained to the color we wanted, all within the budget we had in mind. The door will be installed next week. We will definitely be back, whatever the next project happens to be.

I hired HBS to replace the windows in our 1950s house. They were incredibly professional and great to work with from the very beginning. That included helping me pick the model of window, quoting, arranging for the date etc. Everything they committed to, they followed through on. The 2 man crew that did the work was efficient and did excellent work. They were trustworthy, fast, clean and most importantly did an amazing job. I am sure I could have found someone to do the work for cheaper but i am glad i didn't. I thoroughly recommend HBS.

It was great working with HBS, sales and services were exceptional. Project which was replacing front doors and five front windows and was done on time and with high quality. All of the people I worked with on this were very knowledgable and friendly. I would definitely use them again for other projects.

Since moving to Hamilton, NJ, my wife and I have worked with HBS on a few separate occasions to purchase a new ThermaTru fiberglass front entry door and an entire set of new United vinyl replacement windows. Overall, we were very happy with the products and service provided at HBS - mostly working with Jon Jacob. When there was a mistake made with one of the windows ordered, Jon worked with us to reach a positive solution. We plan to continue to use HBS in the future for further construction material needs.
