Trans-Pacific Design

Roger is an excellent architect with great space planning and design skills. He understands how to get a great team of consultants together to create exceptional projects. I have worked with Roger on several residential and hospitality projects and find him to be very easy to work with. It is fun to collaborate with him and take the design process to a higher level. He is very open to new ideas, incorporating them into the final design. I have found that when there is something that he really thinks is essential in the design or construction of the project he firmly stands his ground keeping his client’s needs at the forefront of the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to work on more projects with Roger; in fact, I look forward to it!

Matthew Fisk

Working with Roger is a real pleasure. His designs are elegant and detailed while blending well with the site and surrounding environment. Roger also helps keep the project within the budget of the client by providing value engineering assistance and recommendations from the conceptual phase to the finished product. Input from all involved design professionals and Contractors are considered from the very beginning of the project, and he keeps the design team focused on supporting the changing needs and desires of his clients throughout the design process. The photos attached to this review are from the observations of the project Structural Engineer, but the finished product looks even better, and the Owners were very much pleased with their completed project.

Three Roses Interiors

I have had the pleasure of working along side Roger in my field of interior design. Roger and I have collaborated on over a dozen residential and commercial projects ranging from small remodels to new luxury construction in the multi millions. Many of these projects have been photographed and published in home, garden and architectural magazines. I appreciate Roger’s attention to detail and his desire to stay involved and available during your project. His design aesthetic, versatility and creativity produce unique and timeless architecture. I appreciate Roger’s sensitivity to his clients budget and his problem solving ability to keep costs contained. It is a joy to work with such a gifted architect and nice person. Roger’s working relationships with his clients often turn into life long friendships during construction and years after the projects are completed. We purchased a property on the Big Island of Hawaii and wanted an architect local to that area to design our home and assist in its construction as we were not as familiar with the issues that can arise in building in that area since we live in Washington State. We have received excellent service from the firm even before we had the company on contract. We are still in the later design phases, but already have greatly benefited in the design of our home to accommodate the specific climate and other environmental issues associated with building in Hawaii. The firm has the right contacts for all the other necessary engineering and construction services that will be needed in the design, permitting and construction of our home. We find Roger Brasel (principal of the firm) to be very easy to work with. So, this review is relative to the design of our home and does not cover the construction phase.
