Since 1987, Homes by Managen Ltd has been designing and building unique custom homes in new and revitalized neighborhoods in Edmonton and surrounding areas. We build single-family custom homes, custom designed estate homes, and maintenance-free communities as well as infills. Owners and founders of Homes by Managen Ltd, Paul Kehler and Pat McKenna, bring years of invaluable experience in the areas of new home design and construction to the company. Paul is responsible for project estimation, sales and marketing and also holds a real estate license with First Choice Realty and is able to assist our clients with their real estate needs. Pat is an experienced carpenter and job site coordinator and is primarily responsible for the construction process, monitoring, scheduling and managing the industry trades people. What sets Homes by Managen apart? Lower volumes allow a more personal relationship; By building lasting relationships with our clients Homes by Managen is able to get to know you, your needs, tastes, and lifestyle requirements. This gives additional time to achieve the level of detail required of a true custom home. Homes by Managen is proud to be a member of the Canadian Home Builders Association and Progressive New Home Warranty Program which provides a 10 year structural guarantee. Homes by Managen was not only professional but personal as well. When I mean personal, I mean that they build your home like they would be building theirs, helping you in the process and making sure you don't miss some of the small details that we all miss when building. They were extremely personable and very knowledgable when it came to any items that we encountered during the building process. To this day we still retain an amazing relationship with them and we are so glad that we walked into their show home and picked them as our builders.

We highly recommend Homes by Managen. The company has been friendly, reliable, knowledgeable with high quality workmanship and construction materials. Construction is not complete, however dealing with their vendors has been a pleasurable experience. The vendors are well organized and help make selections easy. There has been no cost overruns. Building a new home can be a daunting experience, Homes by Managen has made the process easy for us. We hired an independent inspector who found minimal problems to date. We are very excited to take possession of our new home.

Kommenteret: Stairs?Hi Ramit Walia, the stairs are black walnut and were constructed by Sandhills manufacturing. Rivercity Metal works installed the glass and custom stainless steel hand rail.

Kommenteret: Bathroom counterHi mlek, the counter is caeserstone quartz. The home is a couple of years old so I apologize I am not sure of the exact colour code.

Kommenteret: What is the name of the flooring?Hi mlek, the tile is a 12x24 Bianchi Di Rex Calacatta polished porcelain tile with a warm grey (93) grout.
