I recently hired Icon Construction to build a room addition onto my private residence. From the first meeting to the day of completion and inspection Zach and his team were true caring professionals. Their expertise, work ethic and dedication go unmatched. Communication and advice are key to any project. Zach was available at anytime to answer questions and address any concerns. I was kept informed at every step of the project. Zach was also willing and able to work with me until the finished product was completed. I would hire this great team again and I would highly recommend them if you are thinking about doing an addition or remodel.

Tall carport for travel trailer

Zach and his team were great to work with on our carport project. It was an unconventional design, but he totally grasped our vision for what we were looking to do and built a really attractive structure to house our travel trailer. Zach kept us informed on progress and was responsive with any inquiries. A really professional job!

I worked with Zach at Icon Construction and Remodeling on a unique office/tiny home project. Despite the challenges of a small access point and supply and labor issues in the area during the time, Zach’s strong relationships with subcontractors and his proactivity prevented our project from the degree of delays many other contractors experienced. Zach is an amazing communicator, and is honest, considerate, patient, and talented. I never felt uncomfortable asking him questions, and he always took the time to explain things clearly. His response time was always extremely fast, even when juggling many things. Zach made sure we were satisfied with each section of the project throughout the process. His commitment to our project was clear when he continued to coordinate and problem solve an electricity issue that occurred, even after our final payment on the project. I look forward to working with Zach in the future, and would recommend Icon Construction and Remodeling to anyone looking for a partner who takes pride in his work and is committed to satisfying his clients.

We hired Icon to do a complete add on to our patio, adding more concrete, covered patio, and a pergola area. From start to finish Zach and Icon team was professional and courteous, staying in constant communication with us. Updating us when items would be started and completed. Could not be happier with the quality of the work. If we ever have any more renovations to our house Icon will be the first and only call we will make and would recommend them to anyone! ICON has just completed a second project at my home, a new front porch, and once again, I am extremely pleased at every aspect of Zach's work. As was the first project, a carport, the entire project was completed with the same utmost professionalism. In addition to being skilled, detail oriented, Zach is courteous, thorough and focused. The job site was kept immaculate as the job progressed, and he always communicated any potential delays or interruptions. While all of the afore mentioned attributes are important, Zach's real gift is for putting ideas into reality when it comes to design. I very much wished this new porch to reflect the original integrity and aesthetic of my home, one of the oldest on my street, and the results are terrific. This handsome new porch looks as though it was always there and has increased the charm and appeal of my much loved home. Bravo on all counts!!!

I used Icon Construction to expand my existing porch. Since it would involve concrete, framing, roofing, stucco, gutter, electrical and painting work I wanted one person in charge. Zack at Icon is that guy. He provided great communication and honest service throughout the work. He is very detail oriented, so the job was completed smoothly through the winter months. The work met my expectations and was within budget.

Icon Construction - specifically Zach - recently completed a remodeling project on our house. It included putting on a large patio and cover on the back and one side, installing a fireplace and shelving in the family room, and many smaller items such as canned lighting and additional electrical outlets. He and his subcontractors did a fantastic job the whole way through! First off, Zach's quote was very professional and detailed, and he stuck to the numbers he proposed. His whole team was very easy to work with, even with us micromanaging them the whole way through. They listened to our needs/wants and worked very hard to make everything happen for us. They would often consult with us prior to each phase of the project to make sure that they gave us exactly what we wanted. We are very pleased with the final results of the project, and would definitely recommend them (and have!) to anyone interested in getting a very professional job completed on time and on budget!

Zach was very professional and prompt. Zach also was quick with his bid and estimates, as well as flexible in different ideas for flooring, doors, etc. He took on a project that we had to wall off a 3rd bay of a garage and turn it into an "office". After framing the wall and hanging the drywall, he brought in another person to do the mudding and finishing of the drywall. The person he brought in did great work as well, and we are happy with the wall and general look to the flooring. I will definitely recommend Icon Construction & Remodeling to friends and family if they have a remodeling project.

Zach from Icon Construction did an impeccable and beautiful job on our remodel this summer! We wanted to transform our living room/dining room into a true living space that felt welcoming, cozy, yet with a twist of modern decor. He nailed it and more!! When you go into a project often times it can be hard to truly envision what the final outcome will look like, but with Zach's attention to detail, great communications skills, carpentry skills, and kind nature he brought our vision to life - even more than what we had hoped for! The pictures don't do it justice, but they do give you a peek into the beauty he created in our space. We LOVE hanging out in this space and have already enjoyed the ambiance of adding in an electric fireplace! We also added in a skylight to our second bathroom and it's brilliant. Now I want one in every room! Without a doubt Icon Construction will do amazing work for you. If you are needing to do just about any upgrade or touch up on your home, Icon Construction can take care of it!

Once we reached an agreement on the estimate the Contractor started on time and finished on time. Each day work was to be done he told us the day before and the time work would start. He would also be the first one to show up and introduce us to the workers. All of the workers were very nice and were careful to ensure they wouldn't inconvenience us any more than necessary. They were efficient and left the construction area clean when they finished work. The contractor was very responsive when we had questions. The kitchen remodel looks great. I believe this Contractor to be very trustworthy. I would hire him again and will recommend him to others.

Icon Construction just completed a significant remodel of our 70's era house in desperate need of updating. We had a load bearing wall removed, and floor to ceiling windows added throughout the living/dining area. Floors, walls etc... replaced. The results are outstanding. I'm an engineer, and needless to say i pay attention to details. Zach and his crew did an outstanding job meeting and exceeding my expectations. If there were changes i requested, he gladly made the change without debate. If you are a detail person, and demand things done right, then Icon is right for you. Bid/cost was reasonable. Project came in on timeline, and to budget (with exception of additions that i made). His crew does great work and really own and take pride in the results. Highly recommend Icon and will be using this team for future work.

Icon was amazing with our remodel from start to finish. We have an older home and our kitchen and living room were very boxed in. Zach and his team created a great room by opening up and combining our kitchen and living room into one amazing space. They even created a desk space for our command center. The project was completed in a timely manner and everyone who came through our door was so friendly and helpful. Icon Construction is an amazing company and we will definitely be using them for future projects.
