Edward McCann Architecture

ID systems produce good quality sliding doors which we have used on a couple of projects. Ordering, delivery and installation is carried out in a well managed process in which we have found IDSystems to be reliable.

I have worked with IDSystems and their clients and architects to photograph a number of projects over the years and got to see first-hand the quality and attention to detail that goes into the design and installation of their sliding and bi-folding doors. The projects always look fantastic and it definitely helps to make my job photographing the finished homes that much easier.

It was a nice to use a local company to fit our bifold doors to our recent kitchen - diner extension. We were welcomed into the local showroom and shown the various door systems and colours by an experienced and knowledgeable salesman. The doors were fitted by 2 very professional fitters who were very tidy and efficient in their work. The operation and doors were throughly explained at the end of installation. Very happy with the final product, it is a very professional investment to our home. Just need the summer to start so they can be opened fully

We spent a long time looking for the right supplier for our own house, and after talking to IDSystems at Grand Designs we opted for their Sunflex SF55 bifold doors over Schuco and Origin products. The thing that really impressed us was the quality of the doors, the way they looked, the little design features like the catch that stops the doors swinging open - and the superb service. With both being architects we had hundreds of questions, and the IDSystems staff were always helpful and also very patient! Because of their help we opted to go with them for our windows, balustrade glass and our gable end glazing as well - needless to say we love how our project turned out - and have been happily specifying them to our own clients as well this year!

ID Systems provided high quality windows and doors for a new build project of ours in Cambridge. Their service from initial quotation was fantastic! We met the clients on site to discuss the proposal window by window and ID Systems provided samples and even brought an example frame to site for consideration. The glazing is a massive element to any home and the large expanses of fixed glazing which was provided for this home, show the surrounding views fantastically.
