As a contractor that has done a lot of bathrooms, there is no better resource to have then Innovate Building Solutions. Their experience and products are perfect for making a bathroom beautiful. Just use their bathroom subway panels to create a wonderful shower. Can't say enough about how nice the product is and how simple it is to keep clean and maintenance free!

I have been installing the Fibo panels and other products from Innovate Building Solutions for over three years. As a bathroom remodeler, the Fibo panels fill a much needed void in the market. Yes, in order to make installation a breeze a contractor would need the proper tools and understand the proper installation. I was able to find all of this by searching YouTube videos from Fibo and Innovate Building Solutions. With a moderate investment of time and purchasing a few of the recommended tools I can now replace a tub or shower in a fraction of the time and provide the customer a durable and low maintenance product. Fibo wall panels have totally redefined my business and brought with it greater profitability. As a homeowner I also hired them to install glass block in all of my basement windows. We love the new and improved look. Everyone who works for this company is dedicated to providing a positive experience. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I'm also eternally grateful for how much they have helped me take my business (and life!) to the next level.

The FIBO product is not all it's cracked up to be and it would be helpful for first-time buyers/installers to have more information for BEST PRACTICES when installing. This product is marketed as a replacement for tile and dirty, ugly grout. This means training tile installers to do things differently - and if there are no clear instructions, the installation can go sideways - which is what happened to us. Our installers are highly experienced and knowledgeable about shower replacement. They were anxious to use the product until they learned the laminate chips off really easily if the wrong blade is used to cut the panels. The options for choosing the corner connection were confusing and the panels were too narrow. Our client was 100% willing to give this new product a try, and after multiple attempts to install the FIBO shower, we elected to forego the panels and tile it all the old-fashioned way. The folks at Innovate Building Solutions are very friendly and helpful - but I feel very strongly that as the distributor of this "new" product, they could do a lot more to educate new users on the best practices to avoid problems and costly mistakes.

The experience from start to finish was fantastic. I sent pictures in and Ryan engineered what we would need. They built it and shipped it on one pallet, with numbered pieces and all the parts and caulk to put it together. We are beyond satisfied with our new glass block shower. It compliments our modern/contemporary design esthetic perfectly!

The representative was very helpful and and answered our questions promptly and thoroughly. We love the product and would recommend this company to others without hesitation. All in all the transaction was very professional.

We're absolutely thrilled with the end result achieved with our bath tub/shower installation. From the start, the Project Specialist, Dylan, did a fantastic job with helping us design the perfect solution for our needs, space and preferences. Dylan was very patient, responsive and provided valuable feedback. The project stayed on schedule and was in fact, completed sooner than expected. The installation team of Robbie and Steve were exceptional. They arrived on-time daily and worked diligently to complete our project on schedule. They had excellent attention to detail--it was evident that they take great pride in their work. Also, they were very conscientious about keeping the work area tidy and they were highly respectful of our property so as not to cause any damage. We also really appreciated that they took the time each day to clean-up the work area before they left. This is truly a top-notch company that does a terrific job.

I love my FIBO bathrooms! Not only do the panels look great but they are maintenance-free, even with our hard water. We are just finishing up our 4th bathroom and I can’t wait to use my new shower. Innovate Building Solutions has been great to work with. I live in California, so everything has been done over the phone. One of the panels was damaged in transit by the freight company. Innovate immediately shipped a replacement so there was no time lost.

I can't say enough good things about Innovate Building Solutions and Project Specialist Ryan Kean. I stumbled into this company while researching options for a new shower build. We knew we didn't want tile and were underwhelmed by other options on the market. That's when we came across the Fibo shower-wall system. It's a terrific product and Ryan walked me through every aspect of the decision-making process and the order. In fact, when we needed to re-do part of the shower 18 months after installation (NOT a failure of the product but poor craftsmanship by our builder), Ryan worked with me to determine the most cost-effective way to do a "partial install" and made sure we had the parts we needed.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with IBS from start to finish in rehabbing my bathroom. Although I was out-of-state, I found it easy to talk to everyone by phone or email; even the president of the company was easily accessible! IBS helped me with choosing a custom shower base, walls and glass blocks, and when ready, everything was delivered within two days with no issues. My contractor, who had never installed glass blocks before, was able to do a stellar job, thanks to getting his questions answered and referring to the videos, and my bath conversion from a tub to a spacious shower in a little bathroom is now completed and beautiful!
