It was our pleasure working with Josh and his team. They were able to transform our vision into a realistic design that would keep us on the budget. It was indeed our pleasure to have worked with Fine Lines Design. This was my first "tear down/rebuild" project and although I started with a concept Josh made my modern home idea come to life. Professional, engaged and enthusiastic are only a few words to describe Josh. He listened and took the time to see how my ideas could be incorporated into the design. Fine Lines Design was there from start to finish -helping me navigate the permit process (which in itself is daunting) to assisting me with choosing the exterior products to ensure the house had curb appeal. Attention to detail is top of mind for Josh. I am pleased to say our modern home is stunning! We would certainly use Fine Lines Design again. Newton -Southview Modern Home

It was a pleasure meeting Josh and working with the team at Fine Lines Design. I had the pleasure of photographing their spectacular residential projects and I have always found them to be a very professional ,well organized company which excel in both design and construction. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to build or renovate either a new or existing home, and I definitely look forward to working with Fine Lines Design again!

It has been an honor to work with a architectural design firm of this caliber. Fine Lines Design are definitely experts in what they do and that's why I highly recommend this architectural firm to everyone. I have been professionally measuring their clients properties for them since 2012 and every project has been smooth. They are always accommodating when scheduling appointments, they have excellent communication in regards to responding right away to my emails and phone calls and they pay on time every single time! Don't bother looking anywhere else because Josh and his team are beyond talented and excellent to work with and I highly recommend them.
