Josh did a great job building our house, and it was a pleasure to work with him throughout the process. He responded promptly to our questions, and worked with us patiently through a number of adjustments in the design until we were completely satisfied. We are very pleased with the results, and love our new home. We also appreciated that Josh took care of some minor details that needed attention after we moved in. We recommend him enthusiastically.

We had Sparks Construction design and build our custom home and are extremely pleased with the results. After meeting with four other builders, we decided on Josh due to his knowledge and expertise. It was a demanding build but he handled it with ease and was also readily available to answer any questions. We have also recommended him to others and would not hesitate to use Sparks Construction for any of our future projects.

We are very happy with our river home that Josh Sparks built for us! He values his customers and does a quality job with quality products. He is always quick to respond to questions and situations that may arise, even after normal business hours (this is not the case with other home builders we have used in the past). Our home was a very customized and had never been built before. Lots of issues had come up along the way as to be expected. Some issues were oversight, but most were out of the builders control. Sparks did a great job at rectifying these issues and was very patient with us during the whole process. It's very hard to think of everything that such a customized elevated home would require, but with help from this personal builder we we able to pretty much nail every idea and thought about its features! Even after we moved in, he still responds promptly and treats us as a valued customer! I should note that the price of the home that we got was also a fantastic value!

I just had an addition built on to my home by Sparks Construction. Josh was a true blessing to work with. He was patient with all of my questions. He didn't flinch when we wanted to make minor changes. His crew was polite and when we had a family emergency right at the end of the project he was patient and worked around our schedules. If you want a nice, elegant, custom design home to your perfection your BEST choice will be Sparks Construction for your RIGHT choice. A choice that you will not regret. Sparks Construction built our home for our approved budget, and gave us our moneys worth. My husband and I met with several contractors in our area and in Gainesville, FL and we still liked Josh Sparks CEO for Sparks Construction. Sparks Construction was able to show us some model homes and it got our attention to make that FINAL decision. During our phases of building I was able to change some things as well as correct things that I wasn't certain about and Josh did it with full understanding as well as correcting me if he felt I was doing something that wasn't going to work. Sparks built our home in 10 months from closing at the end of June 2014 to COC in April 2015. The feeling of seeing our new home complete it looked like something off of the TV sitcom "CRIBS". Very elegant, immaculate flooring, ceilings well designed, kitchen roomy, covered back porch very spacious, and the master suite to die for. We The Hendon's was very impressed and ecstatic with the results of our new signature custom designed home by Michael, LaKesia, and MiKhiya Hendon built by one of the finest and best Construction Companies in North Florida Sparks Construction of Lake City Florida.

I've worked with Josh for years on a lot of different projects. His attention to detail is truly what sets him apart from the rest of the pack. From the smallest details of the project to his knowledge of every trade inside and out. What has always impressed me with Josh is him knowing how to actually do every trade himself. Therefore catching every possible hiccup before it becomes an issue. His vast knowledge is why I will be hiring him when I pull the trigger on my own house.

We had to do everything long distance and Josh and his team did everything and more to make our dream home possible.
