JT has over 30 years of experience in planning, designing and permitting both new custom homes and remodel additions. This vast experience across the Western Washington region covers every jurisdiction and multiple building departments. JT Design will help you navigate through the challenging process of designing within the constraints of your current zoning, as every lot has some unique restrictions which often dictate the best path and scope of the work. We also help do this within your construction budget if possible, or identify early on where the budget will not fit and why. Our focus is more often finding the right design to fit your existing home, so that once completed there is no obvious line between new and existing. We are less about winning design awards and more about making our clients happy by turning their dreams into a buildable reality. In slow or busy times, we take pride in responding in a timely manner. Nothing is worse than feeling like your project is being ignored or not important. Satisfaction is more than just a catch phrase to my company. Our services ensure that this process is understandable, fun and that your expectations are exceeded.
