Excellent workmanship! Prompt, complete service! This bathroom tile project was the second project, with window replacement being the first which was also well done.

Ken did a kitchen remodel for us. He took down our bi level kitchen island to a single level. We also had quartz countertops installed and Ken tiled our backsplash. He was very professional and kept right to the time schedule set. He was very meticulous and had excellent craftsmanship. We love our updated kitchen and it makes working in it much more enjoyable for me! Highly recommend!

Remodeler Ken DeVries was an excellent builder to work with and we would recommend him to others. He listened well to what we wanted to accomplish in our kitchen remodel. Early on in our process he had us out to his home so we could see his work and expand our ideas of what we could do in our own kitchen. Ken's communication throughout our project met our every expectation. We emailed, called and texted him during each phase of our project and he answered us immediately. At the end we had a couple of very minor things for which we called him back and he responded quickly. We continue to love our new kitchen and we will call on Homework Construction again for additional remodeling projects in our condo.

Mr. DeVries did a great job remodeling our bathroom. He listened to us and worked with us giving us suggestions when we weren't sure exactly what we wanted. We trusted him and his goal seemed to be to help us get what we wanted. Our 1976 bathroom now looks bright and up-to-date. The counter, tile and floor all match and compiment each other. Mr. DeVries was timely, efficient and used his talents to make our remodeling project a success.

We were very pleased with Ken. He gave us a clear understandable estimate and stuck with it. He began the work when he said he would and finished in a timely manner. His work was careful and detailed. He answered all our questions clearly. His prices were fair. The windows look great and are saving us money.

Ken was so helpful from the beginning of my bathroom redo, working within my budget, finishing the room in an efficient and neat mannor, and making a beautiful finished product.

Ken was professional, up front about feasibility of ideas, and easy to work with throughout the project. He kept me informed of any delays and was flexible when I wanted to change a few things along the well. I love my new bathroom and highly recommend Ken's work.

Ken put in new windows for us and a beautiful walk in shower. He was always easy to work with and kept us in the loop all along the way. Though we are pleased with the overall result of our bathroom remodel, Ken's detail work is lacking. Additionally, Ken told us he guarantees his work for one year, but is not living up to that. We've asked him to come back to finish up/correct some detail work, and he refuses to do so. After spending a significant amount of money, we have a brand new shower that creaks in the center (as well as other minor details he won't fix). We easily would have given a 5 star review initially; unfortunately, follow-through, treatment of the customer, and commitment to providing the best work since that time leave us no choice but to give this 1 star review.

Ken has done several projects for us, so we also chose him to remodel our kitchen. He did an excellent job. He kept us informed every step of the way and had great attention to detail. We are very happy with our new kitchen, and highly recommend Ken and Homework Construction.
