Used Ktirio to transform the downstairs of our modern home to make it more family friendly. Mark and his team were fantastic as was the workmanship and service throughout the 9 week build. Worked brilliantly with other suppliers to ensure the whole build went to plan regardless of storms Ciara, Dennis. Highly recommended.

We used Ktirio to build our garage and found the cost to be fair against market. Crucially, we found the workmanship and support during the process to be excellent. We would have no hesitation in using Mark for building services again and would recommend him based on our experience.

I would like to recommend Mark and Ktirio for any construction ideas that you may have in mind. I just had a full house renovation and a large single storey rear extension done by Mark and his team. Mark is honest, trustworthy and a man of his word. From the first meeting till now, he delivered the project to the highest specification and timescale that he promised. His team has always been very considerate with the neighbours and no concerns have been raised. I was unable to oversee the project on a daily basis but I entrusted Mark with the project and he has exceeded my expectations on the quality of finish delivered in a timely manner at all times.
