Landmark Construction Crew

Update!! After writing the last review, Ezra reached out to me and sent someone to fix the leak. This time it seemed that they did more than just slap some seal on the problem. The guy that came out this time was friendly and really gave some time and effort into addressing the problem. I added a couple of stars for rectifying the situation. Ezra and Charles are very friendly and personable. That is, when they want to take your money. What good is a 12-year warranty if you start ignoring your customers at 2 years. I needed my HVAC replaced. Because the HVAC sits on my roof, I decided to redo the roof too. Ezra and Charles came out and were really friendly so I immediately had a good impression of them. Even though it would've been cheaper to go with a roofer and a separate HVAC company, I decided to go with Landmark Construction Crew, aka Landmark Energy Upgrades. I figured it would be a more seamless process for one company to do both. I got this done in December of 2016. The thing with a roof is that you don't know if it's a good job or not until it rains so I waited to write a review. Around January 2018 ( a little over a year later ) we got some much needed rain but unfortunately, I had a leak coming from one of my vents. I emailed Ezra and he sent out a roofer. The roofer came, looked at the vent, jumped up on the roof for ten minutes and said he was done. Months later, it rained again, it leaked again, I emailed Ezra again. I decided to take a closer look at the vent and noticed that there was sunlight in the duct work. I figured, sunlight equals gap somewhere. When the roofer came, I told him and he said it's nothing, probably just a reflection, without even taking a look. Then the roofer tells me that the next time there is a leak, I need to call the HVAC guy because it's not a roof problem. I couldn't believe it so I told him that HIS company IS the HVAC guy!! I used one company to do the roof and the HVAC so there is NOBODY else to blame. So, he jumps back on the roof and was done and gone in 10 minutes. About few months go by and the rain is back and so is my leak. It's now 2019 so it rained a lot this year. Good for California, bad for me. So, I emailed Ezra again. After a few weeks, no reply. So, I email him again with pictures, a few more weeks go by and no reply. So, I call him and he picked up the phone. He sounded surprised to hear from me (probably didn't recognize my phone number) and I start telling him about the leak. He said he didn't get my emails but just text him my address and he'll send somebody. A couple of weeks goes by and nothing. So, I text him again and after weeks and weeks of waiting, no reply. I've emailed, called, and texted so, at this point, it's very obvious he's avoiding me. If you are looking for a friendly company that is willing to take your hard-earned cash then Landmark is for you. But if you're looking for a company that is accountable for their work then look elsewhere. I know I am.

We purchased a house in Corona last November and when we moved into the house, we understood how much we need to remodel it. We contacted several companies in order to check and see what we want to do and to quote us with a fair price for the work. We had some ideas on what and how to design the spaces. When Ezra arrived to our house, he started throwing ideas and made some sketches. We really loved right away his concepts. His idea was to open the kitchen and merge it to the living room. In addition to that, he designed a den with metal and colored glass doors with a large outdoor deck at the back yard with French doors that opened from the living room. The whole project took about 2.5 months from start to finish and we didn’t passed the original budget. Thank you Ezra for building our truly dream house for us! We really love our new house.

The house we recently purchased was in a bad shape and required a lot of upgrading work and improvement or in other words… It was a total mess. The wall paper was bad and peeling, the light fixtures were ugly and bad, the appliances were total mess and the floors needed to be replaced in the entire house. We contacted Landmark Construction Crew to take over this remodeling project and to bring my house to a modern house condition and now that our house is finished (after 3 months of daily work by several teams of workers) we are extremely pleased with everything they did. Ezra and Charlie (who were in charged on our project) did an amazing work with starting with the way they ran this project, the way they managed the people and the way that Landmark Construction Crew handle all the rest. When they completed the remodeling and left the house, we were very pleased with the entire experience. Magnificent company to work and deal with. Thumbs up.

Ezra and his team at Landmark Construction Crew are, without a doubt, the best contractors in the industry. My remodeling project involved the complete renovation of small house, including complete demolition and the renovation of two bathrooms and the kitchen, new installation of engineered hardwood floors, a custom fireplace and upgraded the electrical panel. We trusted our home and the project to Landmark Construction Crew. They handled the remodeling job with lots of professionalism and the time that they gave to all the details is unbelievable. We planned this project few months before we started and we had done a big research of the material selections, Ezra gave us additional recommendations to the design and materials that surpassed our high expectations for this project. The remodeling project came in on budget and on schedule. From the first day until the last day of the work, we couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of work, the skills and understanding of all the work on the project and the finished product. We would, without hesitation, recommend Landmark Construction Crew!

Charlie was suggested to us by a colleague for our kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeling project and we are very thankful for that recommendation. Charlie was really easy to work with and extremely easy-going with us. We really valued how experienced Charlie is when it comes to all the tasks that were involved in the remodeling including where to shop for things such as tiles, vanities, faucets, light fixtures and how all the workers were willing to give their feedback in order to help us make the best decision for our house and budget. During our remodeling, Charlie gave us daily updates in regards to the progress and he even visited our house daily and even helped us with a non-related plumbing problem (a broken pipe that leaked into the wall of our laundry area). Charlie and his crew demolished our kitchen and bathrooms completely and turned it into our favorite spaces in the house. We highly recommend working with Charlie (Landmark construction crew) for any type of remodeling project.

The project manager Ezra & the working team were expert from the beginning of this remodeling. They were polite, confident, and quick to respond. Ezra was able to get for us excellent options for the bathroom and kitchen hardware that needed in order to complete this beautiful work. One important thing of this remodeling was that they were able to work around my crazy schedule which made it very easy for me while they were punctual and kept the place clean. Now that my remodeling is completes, I can write here that it was a great experience and I will use them again while recommend them to others. When it comes to price, the final cost of the work was not cheap but completely worth it. The work that done by Landmark Construction Crew was a complete remodeling of my guest bathroom and master bathroom, a complete kitchen remodeling and paint the entire house. All of that was on top of few other small jobs that they were able to do during the work.

I have always feared the idea of doing any type of remodeling and I never any type of project before. Our home business and other doings, forced us to add more storage space in most rooms that we didn’t have. On top of the storage problems, the kitchen and bathrooms needed to be upgraded as well. We contacted Landmark construction crew early of February and we started the remodeling at the end of January. The project manager Ezra, was original, always in good humor and always flexible about our strange work schedule. Ezra was able to do an amazing designing plans which ended in a wonderful remodeling project. His solving problems skill was one of the main keys to all the problems that were raised during the work and his team did a great job in realizing their vision. The Landmark construction crew team was helpful, caring and experienced. Were very happy with the final remodeling project.

We hired Landmark construction crew for our master bathroom remodeling after they were referred to us by a good friend who hired them recently and they were very happy with the work that they did at their house. So we trusted their recommendation. Our bathroom needed to be upgraded and we wanted to replace the old shower with a new one that will be covered with nice tiles and stones. Our experience with Landmark construction crew (mainly Ezra and Rachel from the main office) was very good and we were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They were very good correspondents, organized and trust wordy. The new bathroom is very well done and we already got many compliments from our guests who saw the new bathroom. We will definitely hire them again for any other remodeling project we might do in the future and we also recommend them to our friends and family.

We just wanted to provide our point of view about Landmark construction crew for the outstanding job that they did at our house. We have worked with several contractors in the past and Landmark construction crew were the best experience we have had by far. Our Project Manager Ezra, was very helpful and handy. He was with us each step of the way. If we had a comment or question, Ezra had an answer. We felt that everything he did was to our best interest. More than that, Ezra never pressured us to do anything although he kept providing us with more ideas and solutions to the issues that were raised up during the work. The results of our new kitchen is by far higher than what we expect. We would highly recommend Landmark construction crew and Ezra to anyone. His experience and personality made this kitchen remodeling a pain free project.

Ezra and Charlie were wonderful during the bathrooms remodeling project. Each stage of the work, we knew exactly what to expect. Ezra incredibly understood what style we were expecting for, even with our abstract explanations. From the start to the finish standpoint, his wide range of options showed us that we will have to select between the nice and the perfect. Ezra unique ideas got into reality. He was very skilled about the value and stability of the different fixtures. He provided us with help for the stores where it will be worth spending and those stores where we ca save money while the whole design came out at the end - beautifully. Charlie was particular when preparing, finishing and organizing the whole remodeling stages of the work. When it came to the finishing work, Charlie checked again the whole work to make sure that they are no issues or problems with anything that was involved and we were never felt that the craftsmanship was less than perfect. The new tile work is also beautiful and all the decorations and features were placed in the perfect spot. Charlie made sure that the trash and dust were contained to the bathroom and that the crew will clean each day before they left. From a client point of view, we really liked Ezra and Charlie. They were kind and Charlie was easy person to have in our home each day. We would be happy to hire them for any future project!

We completed our project last month. Ezra who was our project manager among his wonderful crew did an amazing remodeling job by upgrading our master bathroom including the replacement of all the windows at our house. The remodeling of the bathroom included the conversion of the walking shower to a larger shower and make it handicap accessible. Ezra was very skilled and hardworking man. He always kept us informed up to date about the work and his help made this project -- a great experience. We would recommend Landmark construction crew to others and our tip is to request Ezra as their project manager. It was absolutely a pleasure working with him…

Fast and great service!. They came over, measured the space where we wanted to have a new counter top and gave me an estimate the following day with time frame about the delivery and installation day in case i will order it from them. Charlie came over to talk about final things and we paid for the work. The workers came over after a week with the new one and installed it the same say. Everything came out good and i'll hire them again in the future! highly recommended company to work with. They are honest and mainly - reliable!
