Simple Premier 30 K Water Sortener was installed in our house in January 2018. Since then water is soft and clean. The installation was on time and explained in detail.

This was by far, the best experience. The scheduler worked with my times available and got us the first available appt which was sooner than I even expected! The service was perfect-respectful, informative, and most importantly fair. I will never use another company. These people do an amazing job and I look forward to telling more people about them and their business....so glad I found them and you should be to now that you know this is the one and only company y’all should use!

We contacted Simple Water Softeners after calling several other companies in the area and getting quotes to replace our system. Their cost to replace it saved us hundreds & in one case over a thousand dollars over other quotes we received for the same type of unit. We wanted to see the actual system we would be getting so visited their no frills store in Bulverde and their sales clerk was extremely knowledgeable and sold us exactly what we needed even though there were larger units she could’ve tried to sell us. Our installation went as expected and Abel explained everything to us during the install and even called us a couple of weeks later to make sure it was running well and we were satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend Abel and Simple Water Solutions to anyone needing a water softener in the San Antonio and surrounding areas. They are a small local company providing honest, personal service.
