Steve and the Link It Solutions team are fantastic! We recently moved into a new home and brought Steve's team in to sort out what was a very messy existing network infrastructure and install new CCTV, sonos, smart TVs and wifi. His team really went above and beyond - working closely with our contractors to modify the existing network and rewire several parts of the home. They weren't satisfied until everything was perfect and ready to go for us to move in. Their hardware / software recommendations were perfectly suited to what we needed - in many cases actually reduced the hardware we thought we'd need thereby reducing the cost of our project. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you!

From the moment I contacted Link It Solutions, Steve and his team were fast, professional and efficient. The work ( internal cameras to be installed) had to be done in a short time frame which was achieved without any difficulty. Steve oversaw the work, and the other team members were polite, helpful and respectful to the property concerned. I highly recommend this company who listened to what I was trying to achieve and delivered.

We worked with Steve and the guys at Link It Solutions on a new-build project. Our engagement started off with a CPD then the wiring and system design. We designed different system iterations until we settled on one that fitted the client's requirement and budget. They also worked really well with the main contractor to carry out the system installation seamlessly. I would definitely recommend Link It Solutions and look forward to working with you guys on more projects in the future.

They built the various programs and applied well-thought out sequencing and room allocations and we have now been able to truly customise our home as we want it. They were extremely reliable, efficient and knowledgeable about the whole range of smart solutions available. We used them for our CCTV, wifi, alarm, music, tv and electric blinds. Steve and the team did a great job upgrading my TV, audio and WiFi systems. From start to finish they were professional, efficient and on budget. In particular they were great at resolving the inevitable snagging issues, which to be fair, were of the “user error” kind. I would definitely recommend Steve and the team

Steve and his team sourced and installed some wireless ceiling speakers in my flat. I am very happy with the speakers and the quality of the installation. Steve and the team installed a full home automation system. Brand new rack, speaker system, touch pads, network points, WiFi boosters, integrated my alarm system, complete with Elan apps and remotes. Utterly professional throughout, myself and the rest of the family are extremely pleased with all the work carried out. No doubt will be adding bits in the future, will for sure be using the link it team again and would strongly recommend their services to anyone thinking of adding some form of home automation.

I have been delighted with the service I have recieved with Link It Solutions. Steve leads a very competent team. Link It Solutions have in the past set up my home media centre and improved the WiFi coverage in my house. The work has been of high quality and the fittings are unobrustive in my Victorian home. He has provided a good aftercare service. Recently the I have had some improved WiFi contacted to a room within my home. I wanted to use this room for a temporary home office. Steve managed to arrange the work to undertaken with a few days of me contacting him. The WiFi was very quickly fitted, it works very well and was fitted with minimal interruption within the house. It has enabled the room now to be used for working from home using reliable internet connectivity links.

Steve and Constantin were very professional and thorough in the project that they undertook in my house. I was unsure of how the system would work and Steve always answered my questions and put me at ease of any concerns that I had. They worked directly with my electrician so I didn’t have to be the middle man and they did a detail report at each stage so that the electrician knew exactly what was required. I have no hesitation in recommending Steve and the team for your future projects, they are polite, knowledgeable and very hard working. I also appreciate the after sales help when I do have and questions.

I hired Steve and his team to replace a matrix and advise on remote controls for the systems I have in my home. They were punctual and professional, but what I liked most about it is that, as I had to replace my Matrix, they presented me with a range of options and advice. They did the same with my remote controls. I have used them on several occasions before for various matters and I am struck by how they really take the time to understand your needs first and foremost and then proceed to explain the tech side of it. Can’t rate this Company high enough, absolute delight to find a team so consistently dedicated and honest. We needed an overhaul on an existing system, tv, security and internet. Steve and Constantine were patient and professional, answering any questions we had and organised a system that suited our budget and worked efficiently for our household. If we have had any issues, Steve or Constantine phone back immediately and can remotely sort the problem. (Usually after one of the kids have messed up the settings on the tv or music system!)

We required networking (fixed points plus AP points) throughout the house, plus heat / protect solution and some add on solutions to our existing AV / cinema system. Link It did a fantastic job from the outset through to delivering the end result which we are thrilled with. We trusted Steve’s advice and he scoped a proposal that met our brief whilst also advising on other solutions that could be added in future. Steve and the team were always quick to respond to any queries from us and liaise with our building contractor. We appreciated that they were very patient and accommodating with delays to our project and a late stage redesign which resulted in much smaller space for the networking equipment. Another full development project is not on our horizon any time soon, but if we ever wish to add to our current we would not hesitate to use Link It again in future. Really highly recommend.

Link it team installed a home CCTV and Audio visual equipment in our home , they were able to consolidate 5 different remote controls into one user friendly remote control that is great for the entire household . They took their time their time to listen to us and were aware of our tight budget constraints. I am particularly pleased with their customer service , a team member came out a few times during the building works and cable runs to make sure that everyone was delivering to specification . Their Project manager was always available to discuss any concerns I had which is useful whilst you are away at work and hoping its been done correctly. The results are beyond what I imagined , our in house entertainment is everything we imagined and more . I have ideas for future upgrades and will be inviting them back in the near future. A very customer focused company , a pleasure to deal with.

Link It Solutions Limited installed an RTI home automation media system at both our main residence and also at our weekend beachfront apartment. Greg the installer was extremely proficient and courteous at all times and even when the inevitable hiccups occurred during the installation he remained professional and focused. I have used this company for over 7 years now. They are super efficient, knowledgeable and very transparent in all there activities. They work for us in both a commercial capacity, taking care of all our IT in our stores in London and also the private residences of our directors. The spec, the installation and any snagging were professionally competed to our timescales - we now have a wifi enabled house house with cat 6 and coax cables in every room. From our central IT HUB, we have sonos powering the ceiling speakers in 4 rooms, sky HD TV in 4 rooms (we did not go for sky multi room so can watch many different freeview channels but only 1 sky channel in each of the 4 rooms at the same time) with also the option to watch a dvd or Apple tv in those 4 rooms. Use bluecube speakers - they are excellent and highly recommended. Renovations are the ideal time to do this sort of project and I could not recommend Steve highly enough, met him at the grand designs show in London.
