L J Level put all new windows in my house. They were professional from start to finish. What I especially liked was that there were some unexpected challenges in my house. The owner, project manager and installers huddled together, bounced ideas around and implemented their plan. This company seems to be a team working with a common goal that being a happy customer.

ATTENTION ALL HOMEOWNERS!! !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Their work is terrible, they use sub-contractors with zero experience and are completely unprofessional. My Mother is elderly and has severe medical issues. They took advantage of her, over charged her by thousands of dollars, didn’t respond to her phone calls, left her house unprotected from the elements, put a deck on with horrible materials, they used the bait and switch method along with a sketchy contract, the deck is 6 inches off on one side and their solution was to cut out her walkway so it didn’t look so terrible, they attempted to charge her extra money that she DIDN’T owe and then lied and said she agreed to it. They performed electrical work without a licensed electrician, her power on one side of the house was off for almost TWO months. The owner Lon Lane is a crook who left my Mothers house unfinished and a complete mess! When I confronted him about it, he blamed HER!! Lon is rude, disrespectful, and takes all the mo

After I came home to my newly built sunroom a flooded mess, I contacted LJ Level for an estimate. Lon and crew were great. The estimate came in spot on and on time. Everyone was professional and friendly.

Being stationed overseas is a terrible place to be when you find out a water pipe is burst in your home and the bathroom floor and kitchen ceiling need to be replaced! Lon and his team were extremely communicative, worked with my renter and did an amazing job with the remodel. Would hire again in a heartbeat. They truly went above and beyond.

Best contractor in the North Metro hands down! I had a tree in my living room from a July storm and they cut it up, resided, and reroofed my house. it looks awesome and we didn't have to try and haggle with the insurance company! A truly wonderful experience!

A project like yours involving the exterior (asphalt shingles, cedar siding, brick, paint) and interior repairs (framing, insulation, drywall, paint) is something we enjoy tackling. Not your typical storm restoration but right up our ally.

Great job, would highly recommend! We had a tree fall on our garage and cause damage to the roofing. The team at LJ Level Construction not only met our expectations but exceeded them. They were prompt to set up time to get out here within the week and have he whole project completed by the end of the week. Our roof to our garage is back in great shape and we will be sure to work with LJ Level Construction for future projects we may have as well!

We couldn't of chose a better company to do some remodeling of our bathroom and knee walls. They kept us posted with updates and never worked with a remodeler that was so tidy after each time they were here. Great job and highly recommended!!!

they built a deck for us,the quality of workmanship is a little sloppy. the nails split the rails,some boards were cut short. a lot of it looks good, maybe they were in a hurry

Some were craftsmanship issues and others were boards that shrunk or didn't hold up as we expected. Please let us know if there are any remaining issues that aren't meeting your expectations.

Lon gave me an estimate of the work I wanted completed and a completion date. Completion date was on time and within the estimate. There work quality is impeccable, and each emplyee is very knowledgeable. I can't say enough about the company ,you will not be disappointed.
