Tracey worked with us to make sure we achieved our dream home. She was extremely patient, throughout the whole design process. We started with a dining area and kitchen, which then led to the hallway and some months later the lounge. She always made herself available for meetings or to discuss our thoughts, either at our house at a time to suit us or in her shop. Her designs and ideas took us well out of our comfort zones and we are so thankful that she did. She also listened, if she sensed doubt in our reaction, she would explain her ideas, but if she still felt we were not totally convinced, she would modify her ideas until we were. Her eye for detail and colour coordination is excellent. We’re so glad we went through this process with Tracey as our home would not be as beautiful as it is without her. Even the builders we used were commenting on the style being introduced and when you consider these guys are in peoples homes all the time, that tells you something. Our advice to anyone considering using Lucia Victoria. Trust in Tracey. Thank you Tracey and will definitely see you again.

We had and still having bad experience with this company. They are good at actual design, however I would not under any circumstances recommend to subcontract tradesman or order any items via them, because it will be gambling. Long story short: Looking at all good reviews on google and other sites, we have decided to ask hire tradesmen via the company, decided to save ourselves some trouble of researching. Instead we got even more trouble, some of them were very incompetent, or trying just to cut corners to finish the job in short time and still manage not to complete it. Now we are left with unfinished bathroom which they have been promising to sort out for the last two months and beds which were installed in November 2017 in a rush and not properly assembled. Only in April 2018, they finally came over and installed them properly. No promised 20 years warranty documents were received yet for beds, keep chasing it, but no luck so far! They have tendency not to answer calls/text or emails whenever suits them, give false promises just in a hope that you will forget. Excuses given are that they with other clients and as if we are not clients of theirs anymore.

We recommended Lucia Victoria to out clients in Mereworth , The company was amazing , bring colour and imagination to our newly installed kitchen and flare to tie in with dinning room , we made a bespoke dinning table and Tracy finished off with soft furnishes throughout . Highly recommend

Professional, competent, efficient and highly skilled. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Every step of our transaction has been good, from the initial enquiry, to placing our order, choosing fabrics and finishes, accessories and colour choices and assistance with every trade to turn our cottage from a dated building to a beautifully decorated, stunning property that has retained it's country charm yet offers a wonderful contemporary feel. Such a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that delivers it's promises and with people that are genuinely happy with what they are doing. Tracey is always brilliant at suggesting colour schemes and ideas, knowing my taste and my style. We employed Tracey from Lucia Victoria to design, supply and create the complete interior of our new 5 bedroom home. The service we received from Tracey and her team was of the highest professional standard. Tracey's ability to discuss, reflect and create a vision was exceptional, producing a design to exceed these visions was consistent. Adopting a very personable, supportive and enthusiastic approach Tracey gave our a family a very enjoyable experience whilst transforming our house into our dream home.

We have used Tracey from Lucia Victoria interiors for 2 complete room designs so far, from concept to completion. The process involved us talking through our likes and dislikes and then over a period of weeks going through a number of mood boards until we had a final design. We were able to view a wide range of fabrics, wallpapers and furniture which we would not have identified ourselves and the designs we ended up with were amazing. We are delighted with the finished rooms and it has been a great experience working with Tracey who is fantastic fun as well as very knowledgable. We found the communication, pricing and organisation all seamless. We would highly recommend the Lucia Victoria interior design service and Tracey and the team are really grounded and easy to work with.
