At Maison Studio we are passionate about both the natural and built environments in which we live. While we have design projects across the United States, Jackson Hole, WY is our home base and we are proud to root our business and our lives here. We believe that whole health and wellbeing extends beyond the body and includes the space, the materials and the environment with which we choose to surround ourselves. It is our goal to provide personal and passionately executed living spaces for each and every client, to help them achieve their most elevated life. We, the Principal Designers, Saxon and Kim, are personally involved in the design process from start to finish. It is important to us that when a client hires us they are 100% confident that they are getting creative and informed designs from the principals themselves. We take care in getting to know each client on a personal level in order to CREATE inspired SPACE for them that exceeds their expectations and truly reflects their individuality. There is not one formula for design that fits all, but rather each space is uniquely tailored client by client. Whenever possible, we operate in an environmentally friendly capacity, with respect for the land and resources that make our designs possible. We have a working understanding of LEED philosophy and practices and strive to continually educate ourselves as the information within this area of design evolves.

We hired Saxon and Kim to renovate our newly purchased home in Wyoming. Right from the initial consultation through the final stages of the project, Kim and Saxon were on hand to answer our questions, take on-board our requests, and always kept us updated throughout the process. The service level was exceptional. As for the design and project, we couldn’t have asked for a better result. The rooms are perfectly designed to take care of the space and are full of interesting features. The team have a great array of industry contacts and relationships and therefore were able to procure unique and custom furniture for us. They have excellent taste. Our home feels very high end but still is modern and functional.

We used Maison Studio to help with an update for our 1994 Wilson, WY home and purchase of furniture. Saxon and Kim did a fantastic job listening, understanding, and designing a fabulous plan for our room layouts, paint, fixtures, furnishings, and accents. They were very skilled in incorporating our wishes for a modern and comfortable interior that reflected our family’s lifestyle. From initial meeting to final touches, they were not just talented but also pleasant and professional. I could not be happier with their work and results. Our home is uniquely ours. We feel right at home every time we walk through the door. The design is fresh, but timeless, beautiful and durable. We would hire this team again in a heartbeat, for a project anywhere in the country.

Dwight Job

We had a rather ugly living room with decrepit cabinetry, a Heatilator fireplace unit that was dangerous to operate with a damaged marble surround. The stairway was carpeted and the handrail was falling apart. We never spent any time in our living room. Enter Kim Dean and Saxon Curpier of Maison Studio! Kim and Saxon designed an entirely amazing metamorphosis and created a distinctive and functional space. A nineteen foot floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with an incredible built-in firebox, elegant book shelving with cabinets below for electronics and storage, new stained oak stair treads with a stained oak handrail and wrought iron ballasters, topped off with new updated furniture and new lighting. Kim and Saxon’s design has made our living room impressive and liveable. Thank you.

We hired Maison Studio to remodel our living room, entry way, staircase, picture galleria and 2 bathrooms. They also selected all new furnishings and interior touches. Kim Dean and Saxon Curpier did a wonderful job of capturing all that we wanted. They were very responsive to our needs and came up with the concepts and designs that brought new life to our rooms. I really wasn't sure what I wanted, but they worked with me until we found the perfect design and color scheme. Once I understood the high caliber of their design, I came to rely heavily on their suggestions and judgment. I feel like I got a whole new look and it was their fresh perspective that made the difference. We never used our living room, it was just a big room with no useful purpose. Now we use it every night. I still just sit and admire it. :-)) The project was on time and within budget, although i must say they found some truly unique pieces that I just had to have, so the price did go up a bit, but that was my decision. I will use them again on any future projects.
