California Closets Vancouver

I did some research before I contacted California closet to build a new wardrobe in the small bedroom. I had about 3 on the list before I met Kayla, the designer, in our home for a free consultation. I did not know much about California closet before and during my research reading many reviews I read repeated reviews mentioning CC charges high price, they are very professional, and many customers are happy with the result. So, I postponed 2 other consultations from other companies and made the first appointment with CC. When I first met Kayla, I wanted to go with CC because she was Friendly! professional and nice person to work with. Only thing that I hesitated a little before signing the contract was the price. Yes, as I read from other reviews, the quote I got was more than my budget in my mind. But Kayla, suggested many ways to build the wardrobe the way I wanted, so I decided to go with her. She, never, pushed me or give me pressure to go with CC. She just suggested many ways in very professional manner. As an artist myself, I liked the way she worked with the client^^ so I decided to pay more than I initially planned expecting a great quality looking wardrobe at the end. I am very happy with the result. Great design, material and assembly teams. And a great adjustment was done after the first installation to make things better. It took me more time and money than I initially planned, but I am very happy with my new wardrobe which makes the whole room shiny. If anyone want to make certain space specially cared, ask California closet to do it. I still need to build more storages in my home, but because of the budget I decided to do one space we care the most with California closet. It was a great decision ever. I hope CC continue to offer a great service and prosper so that more people can enjoy CC product in affordable price. Thank you so much, Kayla!

Thank you California Closet team for a painless beginning-to-end procedure. We did not have to worry about worrying. We love-love our cabinets with loads of hiding-storage places. Thanks Afton for listening to our needs and the lovely balanced design. Thanks Tom, Mike, and Ashley for the "built-in" installation, as my walls were crooked to work with. You worked magic with due care, patience, and attention to the details. The cabinets appear as though it came with this 30 yr old place.

Had a walk-in closet, as well as 2 wall closets fitted by California Closets. The wait time for installation was pretty long, so if you plan to use them, ensure you start early on in project. The process was very smooth and the sales rep was very professional to deal with and thorough in her measurements. The online consultation with real-time adjustments to plans was also very efficient. You definitely knew what you were getting. The installation guys were great, no hassles at all. Very happy with our closet interiors.

California Closets designed a wall unit with shelves and drawers and a pullout ironing board for my craft room. They did an amazing job in both the design and the installation and were a joy to work with. I would definitely recommend them!

The closets are wonderful, we really love them. Sue was most friendly and professional in her approach, she was excellent to deal with through the whole design process and captured all our needs and gave us detailed 3D drawings of all the units.. Your installer was also excellent, very friendly and professional, ensured drop cloths where used and cleaned up so good you would never know anyone was in. We would highly recommend for any closet or detailed storage needs.. F/R

The experience was so easy. Stephanie had some great ideas! We love how our bookshelves turned out. They frame our fireplace perfectly. Abraham did a wonderful job putting together our unit. The closets are beautiful and very functional. That is thanks to our design consultant, Afton Albach. She was very creative, helpful and patient throughtout the entire process. We don't think we could have asked for a better designer. The installation was done extremely well as well by the installers Tom and William. Tom was very diligent and detail oriented which we loved. He was also very knowledgeable and accommodating. William as well. Again, I think one of the best we have seen.

We hired California Closets to renovate my office. Ilona Beed, our designer, created an excellent design that fitted my needs. She listened well to what I wanted and thought outside the box to give me more of a library space than an office. The installation team, Thomas and Emily worked tirelessly to finish the job with outstanding attention to detail on the installation as well as clean up. I am very pleased with the result and highly recommend them.

Our designer, Afton, was amazing. She came in for the quote and stayed for over 2 hours getting to know our needs, taking the time to view what clothes and other items needed to be stored and made all the necessary adjustments, then put it on her laptop and showed it to us in 3D mode. Than was amazing in itself. I had another company, thru Costco, and he was in and out within 20min, and was proposing to take out what I had, and re-installing something very similar. His quote was approx $2500, where as California Closets quote was in the vicinity of $1800. The installer, Hayden, came alone as we thought that there would be at least 2 people doing the job. He came at 9:30am and left at 3:30pm. He worked for 6 hrs straight and didn't even take time for a break. He was very thoughtful in taking care of our walls by placing a towel against the wall when placing the wooden panelling against them. He was very experienced, polite and had a certain professionalism in his workmanship. We were extremely pleased at the final outcome, and are excited to see it every morning. Have used California Closets before, therefore knew their varied organizational ideas work in all areas - not just closets. I was happy with my first experience with them five years ago and happy now with the latest projects we just had done. From design consultation to installation the California Closests team were great to work with. Our designer (Jewel) did a wonderful job of creating beautiful solutions for some very strange spaces in our home and the installer (the amazing Colby) was one of the most professional and courteous contractors that has ever done work for us. Over all this was a wonderful experience and we a are extremely pleased with the final result.
