As an expertly trained Residential Architect practicing within the Charleston area for the past 12+ years, Martin Cizler has more than 30 years of combined Architectural experience. Martin has been the Lead Designer and Project Architect on a number of new custom homes and residential renovations/ additions along the coastal islands of the Charleston regional area. Having extensive knowledge of the regional building practices and having spent many hours working with the numerous Architectural Review Boards located throughout the region allows him to easily navigate the complexities of designing in the often challenging natural environment that makes up the Low Country.

Working with John and Nancy Reber on the renovation to their Great room, Breakfast area, Kitchen and Laundry room was truly a pleasure. I started working on their home re-design while still living in the Washington Metropolitan area and continued working with them even after moving to Charleston, South Carolina. Their existing home had great bones and they provided great input on how they wanted their tired and out dated living space to function and feel when completed.
The results were a Kitchen worthy of a Master Chef and a Great room full of warmth for visiting with family and friends. They enjoyed the fruits of their design labor of love for many years until recently selling this home to move onto a new chapter in their lives.
